Polite customers not served. Apparently you have to stand right at the counter and breathe down their necks to get service. I came in and waited patiently for my food for 20 minutes when it had apparently been ready for some time. I mentioned I was missing a drink and got a massive glare for their inconvenience. Found out later they didn’t even give me the right sauce!

Everything in my order was completely wrong, we paid extra for a deluxe box and extra to replace the meat with chicken and instead of beef and everything was beef and only got soft tacos from a burrito box with no burritos. This is the second time I’ve been at this location and I had the same issue the first time. I don’t know what kind of employees you got working there but they really need to get that ish together.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was not greeted and the entire ordering process felt rushed. I even specifically asked the employee to repeat my order back to me to avoid any problems, and when she did, she mumbled so poorly it was basically gibberish I couldn’t even understand what she was saying.
I wasn’t told my total before being asked to pay, and to make matters worse, my order was wrong. I called to file a complaint and spoke with the general manager, whose professionalism was just as poor. He refused to provide his name, although the receipt lists it as Issac. When I explained that I’m a frequent customer since this location is right down the street, his response was, “So why do you keep coming?” which was incredibly rude and dismissive. With attitudes like this, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

Extremely inconsistent product. With prices this high, a taco should be full, a burrito should be full. 75% of the time I buy from here I get half the food that I should (in terms of portion) and frankly I’m tired of rolling the dice. I grew up on Tbell and enjoy it once a week and I’m tired of gambling my hard earned money to get a half passed product. This only happens if the employees are trained to skimp on food. I was also told I need to reenter the line (of only 3 cars) to get an extra order of avocado before I even paid for the original order. Yikes

Stop by for a quick lunch, the ladies are absolutely sweet. From taking my orders and handing out my food. They served me with smiles You don’t see that anymore, especially in fast food.

I did a super large order for the middle school cheer team to have their game day meal and this location was absolutely amazing. They were super helpful. They had everything ready even a few minutes early! The staff was incredible thank yall so much for the wonderful customer service. Food and service was GREAT!!

I ordered a meal (three Supreme Doritos Locos Tacos) through the drive-thru, and the young lady taking orders was very kind and polite. However, when I got home, I found that all three tacos were poorly made — mostly shell, lettuce, and cheese, with barely any protein and missing the sour cream and tomatoes that make them “supreme.”
I drove back to the Taco Bell, expecting the issue to be corrected once I showed the staff the tacos. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. After showing two of the underfilled tacos to the employees, one of them looked at them and told me, “yeah, that’s a good portion,” insisting there was nothing wrong without even acknowledging they were not made correctly.
I left frustrated, without my food replaced, and with a poor customer service experience. The most disappointing part is the lack of care and quality at this location. Regardless of the restaurant, customers spending their money deserve a properly made meal and basic service standards.

My burrito was loaded down i am so happy. I have had so many bad experiences at other locations because of them skimping on the ingredients but they actually gave me my money’s worth. Thank you taco bell staff at this location. You are American heros. GOBBLESS

Breakfast crew obviously hasn’t been trained properly. I have never had a wrap look so bad and it was cold. One of them had virtually no egg on it (guessing they ran out). Supposedly their ice machine still doesn’t work. Soda had no flavor.
