You stopped by riding through the city that you don’t live in because you want to go ahead and eat before you get home. You think you’re going to just order your food on app get your food at the window and go on about your business. However that was not the case. I set for 20 minutes waiting on food I ordered in the app. Just for me to pull off wondering where the rest of the food that was supposed to be in these tortillas went. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a beefy 5-layer burrito. I got back on the highway and was just mad headed to Charlotte at 10:20 pm but you close at 3 am so it’s not like you shouldn’t be prepared to support the orders made. My 1st bits for both items was just tortilla… No meat, cheese, toppings or anything and that has never happened. I report it in the app and they just give me a coupon but what makes you think I want to go back???

There’s some issues with this Taco Bell because they say you either have to pay exact cash or come in using your debit or credit card but if you don’t have exact cash, you have nowhere to turn around to get out of the drive-through lane. You basically have to wait to get out and I have not had these problems at other Taco Bell‘s.

Have used the drive thru here many times. Normally pretty fast but today it was kinda slow. There menu seems to change very often, this to include combo numbers. Makes it hard that the menu is directly at the order speaker, you have no time to really look the menu over before having to place your order. Doesn’t stop me from going though.

Went to the taco bell on West Franklin Blvd. I ordered the $7 supreme luxe box. The hard shell was not a supreme, was hardly anything in it. The chicken chalupa taco was not a supreme taco. Waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes. Very poor service. Be nice to make it right.. I will not go back to that taco bell after tonight.

I had not eaten Taco Bell in several years because of a bad experience but after a long day we got some tacos to go and the food was hot fresh and delicious. Try the $9 box fyi…you’ll need to add an item if ordering for two people if your hungry.

This is one place I cannot wait for the AI robots to replace the workers so I can actually get some good service! Every time. Super long to cook because the workers are busy talking on the phone, clowning around, anything but preparing the food. Is a requirement to get a job here, lack of care, speed, or customer service? Why does it take 20 minutes to get to value menu items when I’m the only one in the restaurant?

MORAL OF THE STORY DONT GO.
I got two orders of nachos and cheese and the cheese wasn’t even 1/2 full. I ordered the 3 soft taco combo, they gave me the soft taco supremes. I’m allergic to tomato’s.
Just bad service in my opinion.
