NOT ALL TACO BELLS ARE THE SAME, THE ONE IN FOREST CITY NORTH CAROLINA IS A FAVORITE.
THE DRIVE-THRU IS USUALLY CROWDED NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY YOU GO THE LOBBY IS A DIFFERENT STORY USUALLY ON SATURDAY NIGHT THE LOBBY IS CLEAR UP UNTIL ABOUT 8:00 P.M. THEN IT BECOMES CROWDED AT LEAST FOR A WHILE.
THE STAFF IS OF COURSE FRIENDLY MANAGERS TRY TO KEEP THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY THOUGH AT TIMES IT GETS HECTIC DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS.
YOU FOREST CITY TACO BELL EMPLOYEES KEEP THE PLACE FAIRLY CLEAN I GO TO THE ONES IN BLACK MOUNTAIN, GAFFNEY SOUTH CAROLINA, AND SHELBY NORTH CAROLINA, THE ONE IN SHELBY IS PRETTY CLEAN ALSO BUT NOT THE ONES IN GAFFNEY OR BLACK MOUNTAIN PLUS THE ONE IN BLACK MOUNTAIN IS VERY BORING.
ANOTHER THING I LOVE ABOUT THE ONE IN FOREST CITY IS IT IS IN AN OPEN AREA. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH FOR CITY IS SOMETIMES THERE’S NOT ENOUGH PARKING PERHAPS THEY SHOULD ADD MORE PARKING OUT WHERE THE DUMPSTER IS.

Stopped in and ordered nacho fries ( were cold and flimsy ) & a cheesy roll up add beef & pico, which wasn’t steamed. When I came last time & asked for it steamed, I was lashes at over the loud speaker as he said ” it comes steamed “…… Why didn’t it today then? Lid wasn’t on the cheese & spilled or in the bag too. I don’t come here much anymore & we used to every weekend…. Quality & pride aren’t taken into consideration at this location. ♀️ Lame Taco Bell, lame…. 🙁

Don’t advertise things you don’t sell. Street chalupas are advertised on the windows, and they’re listed on the drive-thru menu. Yet when I ordered those, I got hit with a snappy attitude and “we don’t have those here.” I was giving this location a second chance after I got severe food poisoning from them two years ago. But whatever — I’ll go to the Shelby Mall location instead, at least they are nice.

I got take out, they gave us the wrong Crunchwrap supreme and when I asked to redo it they had an attitude and still were stingy with the food. My mango refresher was absolutely disgusting, it taste like watered down poison and just have the dry food at the top. Horrible customer service and bad food

They are good about not skimping products and are always nice but main soda is almost always out ( MD Baja blast , Pepsi, sweet tea), always a long wait, door dash takes priority over someone in the store. Ac is loud and you have to talk really loud to be heard but once it turns off it’s deffeningly quiet. As an autistic person this is one of my biggest struggles in this restaurant.
