Went thru drive thru. Lady that took order was nice. The food was horrible. Chicken tenders were dark brown and looked like they were fried several times. Could not eat.
Ordered two nacho bell grandes one was good. The other had no beef at all.
Won’t go back.

This Taco Bell is in Cornelius NC. The Lake Norman area and boy are they busy with Uber and take out orders.
The staff is friendly and courteous with all customers which was a nice thing to see because not all places have good customer service these days. I got the chicken cantina bowl and my favorite 2 pack Cinnabon. It was tasty and low on calories. I thought about a picture after I ate most of it. Very filling! Fresh and hot! Not sure who the manager was but Taliyah was really great with everyone!! I was most impressed. Definitely check out this Taco Bell if you are in this area! 5 stars for customer service!

Charged for 2 burritos, got 1. Ordered 3 tacos with added tomatoes, I got charged for supreme tacos which cost more money and charged for extra cheese??? And the tacos I got had NO extra cheese or tomatoes. I just got scammed from $10 I also was the only one in the drive through and all that took 15 minutes.

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I spent over $20 to not get half my order, And for the rest of my order to look like this. Also it took 30 mins to get through the drive there when there was only two cars in line ahead of me. So what you want me to get back in line to wait another 30 mins to get my cheese quesadilla that you couldn’t get right the first time! No thank you!

The self order/pay kiosks take so long to use because its asking back to back questions and the only way to get a receipt is through text or email and if you dont want to give them your information you will not receive a receipt. If they mess up your order or forget something you have nothing to show them to prove otherwise

Service was good, but it looks like I got ripped off. I ordered three burritos, and they came out flat, rectangular, and essentially just tortilla. The new Cheesy Dipping Beef Burrito ($7) looks like a 2 kid’s taco with no cheese on top, and the Cheesy Chicken Burrito had no cheese on top as well. Additionally, none of my order was wrapped properly. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

I normally don’t rate this harshly but my bar for taco bell is too high for me to give them anything better than a two. My spicy potato soft taco was 50% potato 50% lettuce, horizontally. First few bites was a normal amount of potatoes, come to find out the second half of the taco was straight lettuce. My cheesy rollup was cold with 2/3 of the inside cheese unmelted. I also stood at the counter for ~15 minutes (staring at my food on a table 5 ft in front of me) before someone actually addressed me to get my food so that also might be why the food was cold. Still not excusing the unmelted cheesy rollup though that was genuinely a 2.7/10 cheesy rollup

Everything’s been fine for months until I came here tonight. I got the worst quesadillas I have ever seen in my life.
I’m not one to write bad reviews because I am a server and I am understanding 99% of the time. But this is unacceptable… I literally had to cook them myself because it was cold, unmelted and there was a sad amount of steak on it. I wouldn’t have gone here if I wanted to cook at home. I just wanted some protein after the gym dawg. 🙁
I won’t come here again, this is borderline scamming people. How on Earth did I get a raw quesadilla with a tbsp of sauce and some unmelted cheese sprinkled on it for almost $20?

Asked for chicken crunch wrap combo supreme and they gave me beef. Thankfully I checked it before I left or I would have been terribly sick! They apologized becauee they very clearly heard me say chicken but they mistakenly gave me beef. Again thay mistake could have been bad.
