Not big on fast food, however after a late night, Taco Bell didn’t sound like a bad idea. Stopped in the drive thru, and had an easy ordering experience with the AI. Food came out fresh, quick, and tasty. The employee working the window had a nice attitude and displayed a good sense of professionalism. I’d definitely visit here again if ever in a similar predicament.

Good place to get a good snack. I stop here when I’m in Belmont the AI menu is annoying but the staff is pretty friendly and the food quality is pretty good. That’s about as good as it gets for fast food highly recommend

I did a Mobile order. Their system was down and the lady asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. Came back after 15 minutes and my food was just about ready. Always pretty clean inside and out. Quick service and friendly staff.

Ordered on Uber Eats and for the 4th time half my order was missing from delivery. Called the store @ 5:16 on 2/17/26 asked to speak to manager to ask how they will make this right aside from the refund on the app so this wouldn’t happen again, and she told me that I’d have to drive there to get it replaced. I don’t have transportation (why I ordered for delivery), she said there’s nothing she can do. I said yes, there is something you can do, you’re just choosing not to and she hung up on me. What a piss poor attitude. Don’t order from here, unless you prefer horrible and rude customer service!

The food was ok. It’s Taco Bell. Drive thru only was opened. The line was long. I waited 20 minutes in line. I ordered Nacho Party box. Very very very disappointing! Don’t waste your $10. We were basically given a box of chips. They could at least layer the chips. It was only topped with the fixings. The staff was very friendly. The young man who waited on us was great!

The worst customer service! I went through drive thru just to grab something quick. I wasn’t even at the speaker for a minute before the cashier that was taking the order told me to go around to be mindful of their timer… less than a minute… when did the timer become the customers issue?! There was literally NOBODY in line behind me so
I was to loop the building for what exactly?! Then when presented with a different cashier at the window, I expressed the issue and she just stared like a dear in headlights to then say “well I can’t give out her name but she’s in the back”. It’s funny seeing as if the staff has to wear name tags and the cashier’s first name and last initial prints out on each receipt… lol thanks Stephen W. Food was subpar! I normally don’t have issues with Taco Bell but I won’t be back!!

Young kids that don’t take their jobs seriously. We were once their age before and worked fast food but understood a good work ethic goes along way. These kids do not understand that. And the management should be teaching them that instead they are being set up for failure. If you can’t do fast food you will not make it in the big grown up world hopefully they have daddy’s money to see them through. Order was completely wrong and attitudes absolutely horrible I tired being sweet and kind to one at the window but she just kept rolling her eyes
