More than likely the worst taco bell on the east coast.
Recently had an issue with the AI trying to put in a order and was greeted with an even ruder younger black girl when that didn’t work. I just drove off. I’ll never spin this shop again.

Worst taco bell experience. The location is nice and new but the food served was awful. Chicken nuggets burnt and cold… AT THE SAME TIME? YEAH. Each item that had refried beans was dry, like just how do you mess up beans guys? The Mexican Pizza was just sloppy. Place was dead and had like 7 people working (most were smoking cigarettes near the driveway). Anyways, just wanted to get kids some food and it was a wasted trip. Shame on you TB.

Food was good, service fast. They put my crunchy tacos on bottom of the bag and they got all broken. We ate on the patio and halfway through the meal 4 workers came out and had a smoke break. We had to hurry and leave because of cigarette smoke.

Quick stop for 3 tacos with mild sauce. No sauce!! Argh I didn’t check my bag because it was such a simple order. The sauce was even on the receipt. Oh well, the staff was pleasant and my daughter survived with the sauce!

My crew took the long trek from Corolla to this Taco Bell location, because after a long day of enjoying the beach, we were famished and craving the glorious cuisine that Taco Bell could offer.
Upon arrival, we were surprised by the unique layout of this TB. It’s certainly an inviting concept. However after receiving our food, we were disappointed as we felt that our regular Taco Bell selections did not live up to our usual standards. For example, the cheese on my chicken quesadilla was not melted at all, which made for a lukewarm meal.
At the end of the day, Taco Bell is always the perfect way to end a day and I’d still come back to this location hopeful for a better experience.

Workers were all short tempered and all seem bothered by having to be at work. Food was all sloppily thrown in the bag, yet we ordered luxe craving boxes. No sauces, no napkins, no forks. Taco Bell is my favorite. I highly recommend going to the one further down the road.

overall seen improvement recently but my experience today was upsetting. food, Cheesy Rollup, was cold and unmelted. Cinnabon Delights pretty damn good though, perfectly warm and crispy.
