Food was served hot and quick. Dining room was clean. Coustomer service is horrible. Employees were doing nothing but complaining about having to do their job. Very unprofessional. A elderly couple was waiting in front of me and staff wouldn’t acknowledge them or offer to help. No greeting or anything.

My family used to receive good service when we ordered from this Taco Bell in the past, but the novelty of good customer service and good product has worn off since this store has been open awhile.
Tonight we purchased a party box of 12 Supreme soft tacos and one beef and bean burrito supreme. What we received by way of tacos was a total letdown and nothing like what we’ve received from Taco Bell in the past; Barely any meat at all, cold as can be (we live roughly 8 minutes from this Taco Bell so if they were actually hot when we received them, they’d still be warm by the time we got home!) and this was throughout all 12 soft tacos. Some didn’t even have cheese on them. They didn’t give my mother a receipt when she paid for the order, which totaled $38 and some change. My mother did said the man at the counter was pleasant, it’s the product we received that was paid for that’s the issue. Do better Taco Bell!

Foods ok when they actually get the order right. Light skin girl who works the drive thru has a nasty attitude. She proceeds to come on the intercom with “what do you want” and then also responds with “what else” after everything. This Taco Bell makes me just want to drive over to the one by the ymca just because their customer service is trash. Let alone the heavier set white guy who is also rude. This place sucks

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The drive through menu screen doesn’t work half the time. Today I had 3 different people come to the window asking me what my order was staring at the screen cluelessly. I get a quesadilla and two whole sections have no meat or cheese. I asked for sauce 3 times and still didn’t get any.

I am very not happy about this Taco bell. We were there for takeout 1/2 an hour ago. I placed our order but the didn’t have any root beer or Dr Pepper and they had no Mild sauce. Very poor management.
I also order and paid for order of cinnamon twists that were lever put in the bag.
Never go back to this Taco bell that we used to frequent quite often

I’ve never been to this taco bell before. And I get the whole fast food places feeling like since its not like va w here everywhere you turn you have choices so why not give crappy service/food, only choice people have is tolerate it or go home and make it yourself, which sadly makes people tolerate this sucky service. Why was my double stacks just hard tacos with very little tortilla chips in the middle…. thats not even a double stack!!!! we didn’t even bother to fix it because we saw the review and my fiancé whose lived in the area for years told me every fast food place around here doesnt care. Can you imagine how much money someone would make if they did and actually had accurate orders? First and last time at this location I’ll wait til the weekend when I got to va to get the fast food I want. Get better food quality, accurate orders and better service, and its sad when they have a higher customer base even with there being limited fast good restraunts in EC. JUST SAYING!

First time at this relatively new Taco Bell. I was quite pleased with their friendly drive-through service and my order was done correctly. I always order easy lettuce on my taco and they got it right. The quantity of chips (even though some seemed stale) was great. In the past, I have received them half-full.

They only care about drive thru at night and will literally ignore your existence if you go inside. Food is made bad and you will have missing items. They are lazy and useless. Horrible Taco Bell

Really nice dining room, 2 TouchPad devices to place order, plenty of parking and nice helpful oersonmel. I attempted to place order via the TouchPad ordering device, couldn’t find where to add bottle water to my order, so someone behind the counter canceled the order on the TouchPad device and entered my order from behind the counter and gave me my food and bottled water a few minutes later. Steak chalupa Supreme is it for me! Highly recommend!
