When I came in, they were incredibly kind and welcomed to me.
When I ordered the frozen cookie drink they didn’t have it so they refunded me and were incredibly apologetic.
When I got my food, they were talking to me making conversation very polite. One of the girls that was working there even opened the door and held it for me when I had my hands full.

Literally worst experience at a Taco Bell. Go around 10, order a couple items, one being nacho fries. Before we order, we ask if they have them and they say yes. Pull up to the window, pay and get the food. As we’re leaving, we notice there’s no nacho fries so we pull back into the drive through and wait again. It’s been about 30 minutes at this point. Get to the window and say we don’t have nacho fries, which we ordered and saw clear as day on the screen. No apology, no nothing, they shut the window and start pretending to look through the receipts. They halfway open the window, mumbling that they don’t remember us ordering them when we had ASKED, and then say it’ll be a wait. They’re still keeping us in the dark, barely opening the window and not telling us anything while the line of cars continues to grow behind us. Eventually, they tell us to pull around and finally bring the fries out to us after saying or at least pretending that we didn’t order them. They probably hoped that we’d give up and leave and they wouldn’t have to own up to their mistake. Still no apology or anything. Seems like a big deal over some fries but genuinely, could’ve just given us the fries or at least owned up to forgetting them.

2 of my kids were sad because Taco Bell forgot their fries. My daughter’s nachos bell grande was missing everything except the meat. Also, one of our tacos was not supposed to have meat… it had meat. We have had issues with this Taco Bell on several visits. We will be boycotting. At least the food we received was ok.

Placed my order and was asked to pull out of the drive thru because they were waiting on fries to finish cooking. I thought it was odd because it was late and no one else was in drive thru. 5 minutes later the next customer was asked to pull around as well. Their food came out about 5 minutes later and I was still waiting. Took over 10 minutes for fries to cook and then I get to my hotel room and realized they forgot the nacho cheese. I only ordered 2 items, so not sure how it wasn’t correct, especially after waiting so long. The other item I ordered was clearly made prior to the fries being done as it was only lukewarm.

Wheelchair accessible. Juan was my cashier Sept 7th late afternoon. He took my order and was super efficient and personable. He seems like a true go-getter. The order was completely correct and super quick. We ordered 2 kids meals, 10 wing specials and a nacho supreme meal. We had to come back for sporks but nonetheless my kiddos in the car were happy that they didnt have to wait very long. We were just passin through and ordered take-out so I don’t have pics. Place looked clean and well-managed. Everything we ordered was processed so smoothly and the drive thru was steady. Thank you all!

Almost every time we go to taco bell, we are met with attitudes. Last night, the lady handed me our food and drinks and when I asked for sauce, she gave it to me, slammed the window shut so hard it opened back up a little, and rolled her eyes. Customer service there is hit or miss.
