I went there last night and it was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in YEARS. The employee at the register was so nice. We had ordered food via the app from home, so when we arrived it was hot abs fresh and ready. We grabbed it and went to sit down to eat. The employee at the register offered us trays so we could separate our food and not have it directly on the table. The food reminded me of how good it used to be in the ‘90s and early ‘00s. I’ve all but given up on ordering certain things at most locations because they’re not good (potatoes are old, dry, and stale tasting, etc). I haven’t been to this location in a while, so maybe that’s why I’ve not been enjoying Taco Bell lately! I was so satisfied with the food and the prices and service last night! Thank you!

This tacobell has mostly done good but the cheeze it tostada and crunchwrap were honestly sad. The cheeze it is tiny so ir looked sad under all the toppings and they forgot to include it in the crunchwrap as it was all soft and we couldn’t even taste it. Don’t reccomend getting the cheese it promo here but the rest of their stuff is fine

They have a 100 health code rating, which is the first time I’ve ever seen that at a Taco Bell. They usually get my order right, and the dine-in area is really clean. It’s always playing christian rock in the lobby though.

Another one that seems to not get it right. I used to go to this one a lot. They were good and usually got the order right; only during the day though, at night the crew was terrible. The 2 visits I did have was not a good experience. Made a mental note to never ordered at night. Now I just don’t go at all, because of my last (day) visit the interaction was terrible. Completely got the wrong order, got home to discover I paid for something I did order but did not actually receive it.

Very nice remodel. The store is very clean and offers touch screen menus. The bathrooms were clean. The sanitation score is 100% The food was exactly as ordered. I had a bean burrito with light cheese, my friends ordered a chalupa taco combo and a special combo box. Everything was really good and I was very pleased with the overall friendliness of the staff. I was impressed watching the drive thru move quickly while I ate my meal inside. The parking lot and building surrounding was also clean

Taco Bell has always had issues with order accuracy. Nothing has changed in 35 years, except the quality. I went to the new store on Firetower Rd this evening. I placed a mobile order, to be picked up, while sitting in the parking lot. All the food was in the bag. I saw sauce packs in the bag and stupidly assumed they were all there. I live 5 minutes away. All 5 taco shells were stale. $3.29 for a cantina chicken taco (ordered 2) with maybe 4 small pieces of chicken, a cup of cheese sauce dumped in the bag with the cap off (and I paid for an extra cup), no mild sauce for the other 3 tacos (I asked for 6) & 4 salsa Verde packs (should have gotten 6). The chips were the best part and there only about 7 of those. Total waste of money.

Been going here for about 10 yrs. at least once a week. Past couple months food has gone downhill. Thought it might just be me but today my crunch wrap was burnt like really burnt to where it tasted bad, my cinnamon balls were old and hard. Its getting ridiculous. Either there is new management or people just not caring. This just started happening past couple months. Im not type to want something for free, I just want good food like it used to be and I dont mind paying. As of now they have lost my business. Speaking with others , coming to find out im not the only one. Hope u guys get things worked out.

I placed an order and went through the drive through to pick it up, and it was hands down the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The employees were friendly and fast. The food was easily the best I’ve had, everything about it was perfect. The employees working when I was there put their heart and souls into this food.

Great stop! This Taco Bell clearly won the franchise food wars and is U Do It approved. I ordered a sofrshell and a #3 with hardshell and Derral ordered a few softshells. Good stuff!

Went thru the drive thru . First the lady as if she can’t understand me whereas I go up there every week and then when I ordered at the window she gave me burnt quesadillas because she got mad because I ordered at the window . Never going back up there again. I think staff will bring down restaurant .
