I don’t understand why this Taco Bell has low stars. My food is always DELICIOUS, made correctly, and arrives on time/made quickly depending on me ordering delivery or using check in code. These hardworking people (specially after hours) are the backbone of America. I love me this location 11/10.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for fast food restaurants because I don’t ever have high expectations, but this taco bell has made an author of me!
This place is never busy and yet somehow still extremely slow!
Today we ordered 2 meals, but only received one- and the food we did get was horrible- sloppy, soggy, cold. Does taco bell not fry the chalupa shells anymore? Or did we just get uncooked shells?.. just so bad.
And I can’t tell if the girl taking orders is being sarcastic or just nervous but she interrupts every word – it’s so strange. But she definitely messed up our whole order.
This store is 5 minutes from our house so it’s always been convenience over desire on a busy day when we don’t want to cook.. but after giving them 4-5 opportunities, we will never go back. Nothing convenient about spending money on disappointment, I’d rather go hungry.

The first round of the new chicken nuggets they gave me a look as if they were the worst bunch in the lot. Picture below.. Went back and got a second batch they were better. But it was the one-and-done for me they’re not very good Taco Bell should stick to Tacos.

Everything was literally just thrown in the bag. Every fry, chip, cheese sauce was turned over and some opened. It’s a snow day, it’s not that hard to do the easy part of the Job. Tacos unraveled, taco salad box sideways. Respectfully, it can’t be that hard to get this part right. Doesn’t help they left out about 4 items. Oh well. Try the one across town.

Disgusted. Wish I would’ve viewed these reviews prior to going to this location. The pictures show what was in ALL my teas ordered, on the following day. This is in no way shape or form to be considered normal. Yes, I drank some out of one drink and yes it did make me sick. Luckily, I only drank a small amount because it tasted absolutely horrible. I absolutely give thanks to GOD for not giving these drinks to my children. Had I drank the whole drink, there is no doubt that I would’ve been hospitalized. Still not sure what it is. Don’t delay in going to urgent care if you eat/drink from this place. Get stool samples, throat swabs and any other testing available, immediately and most definitely contact the health department. I will NEVER eat at this Gateway Commons location again and will likely never eat at another Taco Bell again. They definitely have a very immature staff. Like others mentioned, they rushed me to order in the drive-thru with literally no one in front or in the back of me is just one example. Even a former staff member stated they quit that location because of the lack of cleanliness, especially in regards to employees not washing their hands. I am not the only one affected by this. Same crud was found to be in another person’s tea as well, so it definitely was not just limited to my teas. Hopefully, they will be shut down soon.

Got a Crunchwrap supreme that had the outside tortilla torn, all the beef was on one side, very shoddily put together. Spicy potato taco tasted like the potato’s were in the fryer way too long, just hard and unpleasant to eat. The lady working the drive through was pleasant, but will not be back to this location if that’s the quality of food they put out. $9.07 is too much to pay for that.

This is literally the most disappointing location of all Taco Bell‘s near me. I was so excited when a Taco Bell was opening at Gateway Commons, and have given it multiple tries, hoping it would get better with time. Unfortunately, it has not gotten better, it has actually gotten worse. I don’t know if it is the staff or the owner that is making the decision to save money by preparing sparsely filled items. Literally everything I order is filled with half of what it should have. This is supposed to be a protein bowl. I hope there is chicken somewhere but the bowl is barely half filled and missing the sauce we asked for. The Main St location at least fills the bowl like the web pictures. Every item was sparsely filled and left us hungry after eating there. Take it from an area local less than a mile away. Choose a different fast food option unless you’re just not hungry and don’t mind getting ripped off.

I thought this Location was gonna be as great As I thought it would be. But No. When You Enter The Restaurant its really small and almost feels like your at Starbucks or some sort of Coffee Shop. The Restaurant looks like it would have a good size for a dining room. But No. Also There is No Menu for when you order at The Front Counter. Ive never seen a Restaurant with No Menu Displaying for When You Order. It feels kind of Weird When you order when there is no menu to look at. I would not Come Here again Unless you Add a Menu inside for people to look at.

Horrible!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Ordered 2 empanadas and asked for them fresh. I got them immediately, so I asked if they were actually fresh. They said yes. Got home and noticed they just put some old one back in the grease. DIRTY GREASE. Waste of money. Will never return!

Attached are a picture possibly a video if it will upload of the new crispy chicken taco that I ordered at Taco Bell. I’ve also included a picture from their advertising. When I showed the manager, she said “that’s what it supposed to look like”. All I said was no lettuce and tomato. Nowhere did I ask for 15 day old chicken nuggets that’ve been sitting at the bottom of the fryer. Oh yeah…almost forgot that mangos are purple at this location.
