Absolutely Awful Service what an awful experience at this Taco Bell.
I placed my order at 8:27pm, totaling $29, and what happened next was unbelievable. There were a couple of guys ahead of me waiting on missing soft tacos and a 5-layer burrito. I don’t know how long they had already been waiting, but even after I arrived, it took at least 15 minutes—and there was still confusion. The staff asked them multiple times what items were missing, even after the customers told them four or five times.
A girl who ordered around the same time as those guys got her food after waiting about 10–15 minutes, which is still long, but she at least received her order.
Meanwhile, 30 minutes passed and my order was never even started. No issues getting drive-thru orders out, but lobby customers were basically ignored. At this point I was beyond frustrated, so I asked for the manager for a refund.
The manager was working the line making tacos, and somehow still let 30 minutes go by without my order even being made. She processed my refund, and I asked for the corporate number. She said she would find it, walked to the line, then came back saying she “didn’t have it.” She didn’t even bother to look.
The staffing made it even more ridiculous: two girls on drive-thru, two people on the taco line, one person handling the lobby, one person cleaning, and a cook—at least seven employees, and they still couldn’t get my order started in half an hour.
This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service from the manager and the entire team. I won’t be returning.

Food was Taco Bell food. Service was slow. Floors were sticky. Bathrooms needed attention, the base of the toilet was nasty and the floors in the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been moped with fresh hot mop water for months.
We stood and waited at the counter while the drive through took 6 orders before our cashier came to the register. We had some 5 folks standing behind us by then.

Even if the order is placed on the mobile app and paid for they wont start the order until you arrive. Then you have to pull into a parking lot and wait forever even if there is nobody else in line. Service was also trash dont waste your time here. Seems like they would rather you go elsewhere anyway.

Our great community location – practically eyesight from a major interstate- great customer service by a young lady today through the drive through- she was amazing- patient – kind – respectful plus my quesadilla
With upgrade of steak was hot & sumptuous. This place is located at the Granville Corner Shopping Center- a stones throw to accommodations and other customer service experiences. A major trauma center – about 10-12 minutes away – convenience stores- pet store- roses’s variety store- barber shop as well as- about 2-3 miles from the quaint downtown area with more shopping experiences !

Just go any place but Here in Oxford. Even if the line is long trust me it will be faster than here. Had people parking to wait on food. So bad one side of the parking lot was full.

This KFC is absolutely disgusting—a complete cesspool that shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. The floors are caked with filth, the tables are sticky and grimy, and the whole place reeks of neglect. To top it off, there are rats running around like they own the place, and bugs crawling on the walls and counters like it’s their natural habitat. It’s beyond revolting—how does a restaurant even get this bad?
The staff? Don’t even get me started. They’re rude, lazy, and clearly couldn’t care less about the customers or the state of this dump. They messed up my order, barely acknowledged me, and acted like doing their job was the biggest inconvenience of their lives. The food looks like it was thrown together blindfolded. Honestly, this place is an embarrassment and a health hazard. Shut it down already—it’s a public service waiting to happen.
