The food is good when you get it on time. I ordered initially through DoorDash but ended up picking it up. I get my order and I get home to realize that both drinks I had ordered are complete opposite. I ordered a sweet tea and a vanilla cream freeze. I got home and the drinks are a Baja blast and lemonade. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s late or they simply didn’t have it at the time. I should’ve been notified.

Asked for jalapeños lettuce and chipotle sauce. Barely any lettuce barely any sauce and no jalapeños. Skimpy as humanly possible when it comes to portioning every time I come here, like 3 strands of lettuce, really? Last visit for sure.

warning!!!! idk what it is but there’s always at least one thing missing or incorrect from our order every time we go here. Check your order before you leave, or go elsewhere if u don’t want to deal with it. I used to believe that this location has 0 sense of urgency, but really the employees just don’t want to work. At 1pm on a Friday with nobody else inside the store and 1 car in the drive thru, an order that shouldn’t take 10 minutes+ to complete. 2 employees were too busy looking down at their phones to notice an order popping up on screen. Little to no acknowledgment from staff.

The location on Davis Drive at Morrisville Carpenter has got to be the slowest in the area. My meal took over 10 minutes longer to be prepared than specified by the ready time! Employees here have no incentive to get the good out in a reasonable time. This was not a single time; everyone I have tried this place it is the same. I will no longer use this location.

This is something unusual, it takes 45 minutes to make 3 tacos and a chalupa and a staff that instead of helping you make fun of the customers by complaining about the delay.
This taco bell location should not be operating due to its terrible service, it is not the first time that they make me wait more than 30 minutes for a simple meal.

This was unnecessary! Chicken is so hard I could barely bite into it. Sad part is I got fries and the fries were fresh. Why not just fry some new chicken? I was gonna chalk it up to maybe some teenager was working but it was grown ppl working tonight. Lazy and disgusting

I ordered through the drive-thru and got 3 spicy potato soft tacos with added jalapeños, onions, and sour cream. I was charged for all the extras, but when I got home, none of them were added to my tacos. It was really disappointing, especially since I paid for those additions. I expect better attention to detail when placing an order.
