Customer service is lacking!
They don’t ask you if you want to do the donation round up they just help themselves and add it on ( stealing money from you)!
Simple orders take about 20 minutes to get.
You aren’t warned if things need to cook , they take your order then your money then say oh we have to cook this , cook that and then ask you to park or pull up and wait ( instead of telling you at the speaker when ordering)
Other then that Food taste great!
Unsweetened tea is very light brown weird tasting water there! ( Almost like dirty sink water)
Sweet tea lacks taste and is super dark in color!
Attitudes upon attitudes in drive thru , Customer service is unheard of there.
Drive thru is always lined up with cars waiting for food and cars are always parked waiting for food ( yes big family chicken orders need to cook but 1 person orders shouldn’t need to take that long or be parked )
This review is based on many bad moments with this location but sadly it’s the only one in my town and I wanted to try the New fried pickle chips ( which KFC missed a big flavor opportunity with this one , mine were super greasy as well ( yep fried is grease but not soaking in grease!)

Kfc was not bad, they had the chicken already fixed dis not have to wait for it to cook. The guy running register was light hearted and was easy to communicate with. He got my order and out I went.

There must be a large turnover there as everyone seemed new and they didn’t understand their menu. They accidentally charged too much but the manager did come in and make it right. If you go, you need to have them read what you order, back to you. My wife said the shepherds pie was good but the chicken tenders were hard as a rock.

I decided to give this store a second chance and went in at 8 o’clock, they were cleaning the store all the heat and cabinets and fryers and stuff down. They gave me the equivalent of dog food as a cantina bowl for $10 and really think this is acceptable to give you customers this stuff when they clearly don’t close until 11 I never ever go back to this restaurant ever again they covered the old dry, nasty chicken with wilted lettuce. The rice looks like a bowl of gum. The beans are old. I don’t know how they make. Any money servicing this stuff?

At 9:50, we arrived knowing they closed in a hour. After waiting at the window for 5 minutes, we could see 4 employees on their phones or doing side work. After seeing multiple employees, we called inside. The group of 4-6 employees dispersed and someone came to the window to take our order. The manager brought our food out to us without sauce. We did not see the manager until getting our food.

This is the second time I did an online order at this store. The first time it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. The second time is right now and I but my order in before I went grocery shopping think it would be done by time I got done grocery shopping, well I guessed wrong. I pull up to the window thinking my order would be done but instead they told me to pull up. Im watching cars leave while im still setting here waiting almost 40 minutes after I put my order in. Yall need to do better..smh

Horrible food quality I order 4 crunchy tacos , 2 supreme Doritos locos tacosthat only had cheese, lettuce and meat (no pico de Gallo, or cream) , 2 burritos supremes only had beans no meat no rice barely nothing , 2 quesadillas with meat only had beans and lettuce for all this I spend 53$ I ended up missing one item. horrible horrible really regret buying at this place. The cashier was super sweet though but other staff was rude.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. They are RUDE as hell with NO reason to be. YOU are getting paid to work there, there is no reason I should be waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order that I placed HALF AN HOUR AGO. No sense of urgency either. This is the LAST TIME I am giving this place business. Everytime I come here, I am met with hostility, like I’M the problem, and I always have to wait for the food. I’m over it. Tell your employees to do better or fire them.

Was instructed to pull ahead and wait. Waited 15 minutes to get a quesadilla that was burnt to a crisp. Chicken power bowl had a hard ball of burnt black beans that looked 2 weeks old rice wasn’t cooked.
