I love Taco Bell, but this location always lets me down. It’s the closest one to my house, so I still try it from time to time, but every time the experience has been SO bad that I’d rather go 20 minutes out of my way to the other Clayton location. The food is always wrong, it’s inevitable. The last two times, the chicken has been absolutely rock hard to the point of being inedible. Last time, they forgot an item in my order. I went in to tell them (nicely, because I worked in customer service, and I know people can be rude and crazy!) and one of the employees literally silently stared and then tossed the item at me. I have complained on the app but I just get an automated response and a $2 coupon, so I doubt it even gets seen. Super sad! 🙁

The food came out hot and tasted excellent. We had one small issue and it was taken care of quickly. I also special ordered something and it came out correct. The staff was awesome. I would definitely come back.

Haven’t been in years, but the food was great for fast food. Service was much quicker than the last time I was there. I ordered 1 item and a drink. No one else was there, but it seemed like they were taken care of the drive-through and there was really no one at the front register. Glad to see you tonight was much different. My only issue was the tables were not clean. Otherwise, great job!

Had food delivered through Grubhub. Delivery was great, food not so much. Grilled chicken had old and hard pieces. Crispy chicken cooked till it was hard as a rock. Plus they put sour cream when I specifically asked for no sour cream.

I like Taco Bell’s food. It’s tasty. Great for a quick, cheap bite, even in 2025. And I know that it can’t be a fun place to work at all. Long hours, low pay, all that. But dang it’d be nice if they could get an order right occasionally instead of absolutely never. My gf had an enchilada with rice in it or something and it was burnt dark brown and crunchy. Will I go back? Probably. I mean when you want Taco Bell there’s no real alternative. But it’d be nice if they tried, you know?

Don’t waste your money. You can go right across the road or right down the street to a real Mexican restaurant. Got 2 Mexican pizzas. They tasted like chemicals. Last time that happened when I ate there I was puking for a whole day. My wife’s quesadilla didn’t have absolutely nothing in it. I’d rather starve to death than eat at a Taco Bell again

Ordered the cheez-it crunchwrap supreme and I am extremely dissatisfied. The fries were soggy with just clumps of seasoning, the crunchwrap had no cheez-it, and I am not getting a refund. I also ordered a large baja blast and they said they’re completely out of soda?! Hello?! Make it make sense, I have no clue what this stores problem is, but they never are on top of their A-game. This isn’t the first time i’ve experienced dumb situations like this. Management needs to get it together. I don’t recommend this location, not one bit. As I stated this isn’t the first time i’ve been disappointed, but it’s definitely the last. They don’t train their employees well enough obviously and seem to truly just not care. Do with this what you will, but i’m extremely unsatisfied.

I ordered a beefy five-layer burrito and a medium soft drink. My total came out to $7 24 cents. When I asked about the $5 burrito combo to grow up the window told me that’s not available to me. So I just went with the basic. I drove away and got down the road about 25 miles and pulled over to start eating and realize that my beefy five layer burrito had no beef. Like, literally there was no beef. There was some burns, crunchy refried beans, shredded cheese, cheese sauce but no beef and no sour cream. The girl at the window seemed like she was stoned but she was really nice. They did give me one napkin and they gave me a straw with my drink and they did include my sauce in my bag. So all in all, they did better than most Taco Bell restaurants.

Prices up portions down service slow when using kiosk impossible to get counter service. I’ll spend a dollar or two more and get takeout from a real restaurant where portions are at least less disrespectful. If I want Taquitos I’ll go to 7/11.

Last visit to Taco Bell. They have removed the menu. Only way to see anything is on the kiosk. They don’t care about their customers at all anymore. I’m done.
