I don’t know exactly why or how but this ended up being the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I ordered from my phone in the parking lot and walked in and the order was ready Two minutes later. I didn’t have to wait around at the counter for someone to come to me like at most Taco Bell‘s. when I got back to my truck, I couldn’t believe that it was the best tacos that I’ve ever eaten from the bell.

No one welcomed me when I walked in even though there were no other customers. On top of the rude service, I used the kiosk without complaint, paid, and left. I got ONE breakfast burrito so I didn’t think to check my food before I left. When I started eating the burrito I realized they put sausage on it instead of bacon. Thankfully I don’t have any allergies to sausage but regardless, coming from someone who worked here… yes this was a simple mistake, however, there is a simple fix. Reading the order screen is too easy especially when there aren’t any other customers/orders.

I ordered a burrito superme but I realized I don’t have any sauce so I get out of the car to get the sauce I take a bite and realize it doesn’t have sour cream?! I get out of the car and get the sour cream I finally take a real bite and I realized it was cold I didn’t have the strength to go back in another time and besides I was on my way to RDU I had to get there as I was running behind. No I will never eat at this particular Taco Bell!!!!!

Pictured is the crunchwrap supreme I ordered. Now I did order this without the lettuce and sour cream, but this was literally nothing but wrap. The cheesy gordita crunch I ordered had an uncooked hard shell, and a gross excuse for a soft shell. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

We waited in line for 25 mins just to get to the ordering window and no one would take our order then the manager came out and told us that they were closing down it was only 7:30 at night. This place is horrible. The employees were rude also.

Decided to make the order when they received it and did not wait for the dasher to accept it or even be near. You can clearly tell by the temperature that it was made and just left under the warmer. Everything was soggy. Crunchy taco? Absolutely not, stale and soft. Even the potatoes were old and stale. Dasher requested that they make the order fresh and they stated they would not do it unless it was paid for again. Absurd. Also, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito and they gave me random beef burrito. Everything tastes old and stale. Thanks Taco Bell, you can tell your employees really care…. not.
