This is my favorite taco bell in the area, despite being closer to the gate city location. Service is always great and the food is good for taco bell standards. Went for lunch with friends and ate inside, somehow accidentally left my wallet on the windowsill of the booth. I have an airtag so when I realized it was there I circled back. It had been about an hour if not more and immediately the employees asked if I was back for my wallet. They had me confirm my name and then retrieved my wallet from their safe.

Went today after work looking forward to get home to a a chicken quesadilla, just to get home to a charred chicken quesadilla very disappointing I don’t know who can see this and think it’s okay to hand that out to someone like who’s willing to eat that? If you are go find yourself another job! Absolutely not OK to do this.

Visited this taco bell location, we used the kiosk because there was no cashier present and it took all the people in my party to order and stand at the register for at least 2 minutes before we were acknowledged. When we were I let the lady know we aren’t used to using kiosks and we wanted to modify something that we had already put through. She seemed extremely irritated yet she did fix the order. But not necessarily with the best attitude and service.

Normally this location is average in food quality, service, and atmosphere, but recently I have had some major issues with the service. I always order the same thing, cheesy bean and rice burritos with lots of diablo sauce. The last couple of times I was not given any sauce. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time to make sure my order has everything that I ordered. It’s so frustrating to get home and not have all of my stuff!!
Update, not only did I not get any Diablo sauce this time my burritos are the thinnest under filled things I have ever gotten.

Compelled to leave a review, I ordered a number 9 without sour cream. The service was truly exceptional, with a remarkably friendly team. The tacos were the best presented I’ve ever had at Taco Bell, closely resembling their commercial depictions. Please maintain this high level of quality and consider sharing best practices with the Taco Bell in Asheboro.

Everytime i come to this taco bell my food is either cold, theres barely any meat, or their employees are just rude. Overall bad customer service.. This is my taco from tonight and i literally have a pinch of beef on it Also ordered a 5 layer beef burrito and literally only had a pinvh of meat and the rest of my taco was filled with beans and sour cream.
