Thanks for wasting my time on a very high paying DoorDash order. I spent 10 minutes waiting at the window for an employee, before finally getting the drink. I’m told to go around to the front and it would be 2 minutes. I’m a patient person, I waited 25 minutes before going back through the drive-through, and I’m told that they are no longer accepting DoorDash orders. I asked if I could still pick up the order that I was trying to pick up at first, and they just repeated what they said the first time. Could no one come out to tell me at least, instead of letting me sit there? Definitely not coming back to this location.

If you could rate this location 0 stars as a review I absolutely would. The “drive through timer” is so much more important than the customer. Every single time we have visited this location after not even having 30 seconds to look at the menu we’re rushed to either order or demanded to pull around. Employees are argumentative, beyond rude, and will always harass you to rush placing your order.

I will never go back there again. You don’t even need a high school diploma to understand how to receive orders and still get the order wrong. Horrible customer service for no reason at all. You don’t do people like that. Taco Bell will never get my service once so ever nor my kids will not eat it ever again. People do have food allergies.

The employees are very nice but this last visit they were out of a LOT of the drinks and had no hot sauce packets other than Diablo. Decently made.

The only complaint I have is that there’s a couple of cashier’s that work the drive-through window that could at least pretend like they like their job. They have horrible attitudes and ZERO customer service skills. I will say that this last time that I went, the lady working the drive-through window was excellent!!

This is a horrible Taco Bell with extremely poor customer service at the drive through window. Person taking the order on Saturday night around 10 PM (receipt says Shamiah) was terribly rude and short. Would not answer a simple question regarding caramel apple empanada and then gave attitude. When I mildly suggested that she needs to be more respectful of customers and treat us like humans, she would not even listen, did not apologize, and slammed the window at my face and walked away.

Ordered at the window and it was quick and efficient. They have a new AI to take your order so it didnt get messed up.
