Corporate needs to grab this location by the scruff and show them how to run a restaurant. $50 order and we only got 2/3 of our order. went in to get it sorted and got attitude. “Where’s your receipt?”… you didn’t give us one, or the sauces that come with the box we ordered.. or 1/3 of the items we ordered.. girl preparing food is wearing gloves and scrolling on her phone then touching food. Don’t waste your time.

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I ordered my food off-line through DoorDash. I got a burrito with light rice and they put no meat in it not only did my burrito not have rice, but the meat in our tacos tasted like it cooked in plastic.! I tried to call the restaurant four times and no one EVER Answered the phone. This place is so damn raggedy. I will never order from this location ever again. You have been warned.

Just left this location, my food is good and hot. However, the lady who took my order and my money at the window has terrible customer service. I asked for a lemonade but received a tea. Asked to change my sauce at the window because I was rushed at the intercom and she was snappy about that as well. I’m not one to leave reviews, I usually give grace but being nice to others literally costs you nothing. Hope to experience a better interaction next time.

I went to this location today on my lunch break. I placed my order in the app to pick up in the drive thru. I get in line and its out to the street not moving. When I finally got to the screen I told them I had an order in the app and gave my name. They said to pull up to the window. Now I’ve been sitting in this line for 20 minutes. When I get to the window they said I didn’t tell them I was here do I had to get back in line and say my name at the screen. Then they say pull around to the front and they will bring my order out. Ok I wait like 5 more minutes for that. Go home open my food and it looks sloppy like someone stuffed it in a wrapper and had it rolling around in a bag all day it was wild. I hardly ever give bad reviews but this was insane today. I mean I k ow it’s just a fast food place by my goodness seems like more of a reason for it to be on point. This was terrible service.

When me and my husband first got in there I went to use the women’s bathroom and it was no clean and there was toilet water all over the floor. Then I order my food at the kiosk and the girl behind the counter admitted she was high and asked her manger if she could hit her pen again. I order a Mexican pizza chips and cheese and a supreme taco combo the pizza barley had any pizza sauce cheese or tomatos my husbands tacos were not supreme either I am very disappointed and upset.

Went through the drive-thru at 4:15 and the young lady by the name of Ashley m took my order then Omarion (omari or something close) butted in with a VERY sassy tone and rushed the rest of my request. He let me know that Ashley couldn’t fill my request because HE was the one fixing my food . I played along to avoid getting upset but once I got my food, left and started to eat I realized the order was correct and actually hot however the one request I asked to the sweet young lady before being interrupted by omart was completely ignored. I went back unaware of the sas battle I was going into, and luckily there was only one guest in the lobby but Omar and I had a back and forth situation as if I was a friend and not a paying customer . Thankfully another lady (who said she doesn’t even belong to that location) stepped in and made my order and apologized for Oscars behavior! This was not my first encounter with oblock but hopefully it will be the last especially seeing how many complaints are here due to him in this review section. He’s spicier than the fire sauce I asked for (even though he gave me a balled up handful of mild)

The food was VERY good and hot!!… We were never greeted at arrival and stood with 2 other customers for several minutes, before being told to use the “kiosk” to order. There was VERY limited interaction (if any), from emplyees w/ any of the customers.

I recently visited the Taco Bell located at 500 W Summit Ave in Charlotte, NC, and had a positive experience. The food was prepared well and met my expectations. Additionally, the service was efficient, and I encountered no issues during my visit.

80% of my order was missing, the one of two items the decided to not forgot had onions on it (it doesn’t come with onions in the first place)… i am allergic to onions… an epi pen was used. no phone call was picked up. trust me if u are hungry you can find something else to eat. would add photos but there wasn’t anything to take a pic of. just save yourself and go somewhere else.

My last visit to a Taco Bell!Don’t order after 4pm. Food taco half full (definately not to proper weight) employee purple hair no uniform no hat in flip flops in kitchen making food, guessing off clock. Odd taste to M pizza like soap maybe dishes not rinsed right could not eat waste of $12?
