I was the only customer there were 5 employees my only request was no sour cream of course I got sour cream also no bacon or Diablo sauce had to throw away my meal bc I walked a mile to get there the gentleman that helped me was obviously new but very polite and after watchingʻ his interaction w the manager and other staff im n pretty sure he’s the only one that cares. The manager was playing around w the rest of the staff pretty sure by the looks of her and her attitude she’s just there for the food! I even inquired about a job and she laughed i have 15 years restaurant management experience just new to greensboro taco bell this store is an absolute disaster

I ordered soft tacos and she rung up hard tacos, I said order wrong gave me right order but not what I wanted on them.. so I just gave it to my son to enjoy.. it was no one in the atmosphere for my order to come out wrong…

Walked to smelling weed being smoked in the women’s restroom. We were waiting to order and a male employee came out of the women’s restroom and a cloud of smoke and stink followed him. I will not be back. Thank goodness he wasn’t the one who prepared our food but when we left he was working on the line.

I was the first one to come in tonight and ordered on the kiosk , yet everyone got their order before me. It took about 20 minutes and was asked if I needed help with something then ended up with a cold burrito. Horrible. One of the worst taco bells I’ve experienced. Please check your employees.

THE WORST TACO BELL IN GREENSBORO….I came two hours before they closed. All I ordered was a cravings box. They preceded to tell me that their system was down so I had to wait to pick up my online order. I get the food and get home and this is what I get. A burrito with nothing but bread and meat when I ordered everything on it but beans. A chalupa with more shell then toppings and stale nachos. This place is always terrible and I will never be back.

50 minute wait! Ridiculous. There was no reason to wait that long my order was put into my friends bag so we thought we had to wait longer. Saw some people end up leaving without any food because of how long the wait was. Also there was no Baja blast and didn’t get my sauce and no lids. Very disappointing.

Y’all I ordered the new grilled cheese dipping taco and I have no idea what abomination they served me. When I unwrapped the paper I thought I was having a stroke. Genuinely unrecognizable. I’m going to be up all night trying to figure out what this is & how many demons they had to summon from Hell to create it.

This is the only taco bell I go-to whenever I have that once in awhile taco. It’s always good to me. I get in and out and my food is always hot and Made right. I appreciate the employees for their efforts and I need others to remember to appreciate them too. Fast food isn’t easy and I know first hand, so they are doing good.

The service was awesome. Wr had made a special request for no tomatoes and it was missed by the cashier but when we brought it to their attention it was replaced and made even better with a different sauce and so.e extra cheese. All the employees gave input on the options to make it the way we liked it and were just perfect, no attitude like is normal when complaints. Thanks for great service
