I placed an order, ran a couple of errands then finally made it home to eat. Get my food out the bag and it was wrong!!! I called and no one answered. I waited a little bit and called back still no answer. Did the same thing a third time still no answer. When I called the fourth time a recording was cut on. Now I understand people make mistakes but I had stopped eating here for this reason!! It was happening constantly!!!

We stopped to eat at this store after we visited the NC Zoo, went to use the bathroom first and I was giving up on eating. The women’s bathroom was extremely disgusting and in the sink had vomit. My husband went to use men’s bathrooms and also gave up. If the bathrooms are dirty like this so imagine how the kitchen should be clean!
We went to eat elsewhere, I don’t know if I will one day eat again at any Taco Bell store.
Congratulations to the manager and the store owner for efficiency, quality and cleaning.

I love some taco bell
The food was good today and washed it all down with a great diet Pepsi. Yummy and tasty! I got soft taco supremes today. Adding diablo and fire sauce was a great add on! Delicious

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to recently. Sure it looks nice on the outside and is renovated, but every table is filthy, and my grilled cheese burrito was embarrassing. It also didn’t have any of the crunchy things in it and was mostly rice.

Unsanitary environment. Staff here have a false sense of securement with their mask requirements. They all wore masks while touching them repeatedly after their hands touched other surfaces.
Staff wear gloves while handling money, door handles and then the food orders. I witnessed this first hand on several occasions during this visit.
They refused to take our order despite us being behind the magic covid proof plexiglass. I asked why I am being required to touch the Kiosk (covered in fingerprints and smudges) to order. I was told it has been required since CoVid. The next customer came in and was promptly served at the counter.
The health and hygiene practices here give “missing the forest for the trees” a whole mew depth of meaning.
After contaminating your order, you get a heart warming “safety seal” sticker on your bag. Ahhh.

This store has really gotten bad. Stopped in about a month ago, ordered a burrito and some nachos. Get home and there’s no nachos, only a small, tiny cup of cheese sauce.
Stopped again today and ordered the value box. Asked for mild sauce, which I didn’t get, and as you can see in the photo, this is their idea of a cup of cheese sauce, maybe, MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce. They NEVER hardly any ice in the drinks, I always have to ask for an extra cup of ice for my drink.
Had to also pull around and wait almost ten minutes for my food and when it was brought out, the server was rude, rude, rude.
You people need to get your act together.

Christian was so kind, professional, and courteous! Honestly, Taco Bell is not a place I plan on getting even satisfactory customer service let alone outstanding and tonight, it was outstanding thanks to Christian. I hope he is praised and compensated for his good work!

Everything was great. The screens worked well, and the sta$f was helpful. Food was ready in a matter of minutes. Was a very enjoyable visit. Clean place with an accessible plug to be able to use my laptop.
