Absolutely sorry place to go I did a mobile order and didn’t get anything right! How are is it to read a moblie order and get what you want right!!! I have a lot of friends that I will get to use other dinning options before going to this place!!! You need to hire people who can honestly read and not just put anything they want and give it to you at the window!! Get your stuff together or hire people who can read!!!

No attention for customers in the store.
The food was terrible, not up to the normal standards, chalupas were cold and soft, all the items were cold, mexican pizza, chalupas, and nachos. Took 1/2 hour start to finish for my order.
I do NOT recommend this store in Sanford.

This place has zero customer service. No menus were present anywhere. I was asked to order on a kiosk that was very dirty. I just gave up and left. I wanted to see a menu and speak to a person who could help me. I don’t want to download an app. I saw 2 groups of people walk out just like we did. This is the second Taco Bell I have visited that I have observed customers walking out. I won’t be back and will go to ChikFilla where that actually want my business. They say my pleasure what does Taco Bell say please use the kiosk.

Dining room/lobby was “closed” despite it being during regular hours. Door was unlocked, and people were seated/eating.
Lazy employees just didn’t want to clean the dining room.
Had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru.
Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra of the jalapeno cream sauce, THEN she tells me their out of that sauce, if I wouldn’t have asked for extra she wouldn’t have even mentioned they were out, which is something people need to know when they order that item. Then, I asked for a side of nacho cheese and it came upside down with the lid not fastened, so when I picked it up it got all over EVERYTHING. Not to mention, after I drove off I realized she didn’t give me my drink, so I had to turn around and go back to get my drink. I usually don’t have too much of a problem here but today I got very annoyed!!!

This has to be the Taco Bell that Taco Bell forgot. Whoever manages this place needs a huge demotion including the district manager. I hardly ever come to this Taco Bell and whenever I do I’m reminded every single time of why I don’t. They are always out of something and they never give you any ice whenever you order a drink. The wait is long no matter what you order and whenever you do get your food something is always wrong. Went back to get my order remade and it wasn’t any better. Y’all need to train your people

Usually I avoid this Taco Bell, but since I like Taco Bell in general and an out of town visitor wanted it for lunch, we tried it out. Unfortunately it hasn’t changed much from my last negative experience. The place was dirty and the food was sub par even for Taco bell. The person that made my food and handed it across the counter was polite, but the rest of the staff seemed to have attitudes when dealing with other customers and were very loudly laughing and playing. Standing water on the floor, spilled food on the floor in prep area, card board and trash piled at the back door, crumbled chips served as nachos and cheese, cheese cup less than half full. I guess I’ll have to continue only eating Taco bell out of town. 95 score….
