I tried the new mini taco salads. These things are mini, but they are really good. The price is under 3$. I get mine with sour cream, no Chipotle sauce, meat, refried beans, lettuce, tomato and mild sauce. It says they’re limited time only but my fingers are crossed for them to leave it on the menu for good. I rated the atmosphere at a 2 because the worker in the back was cussing extremely loud at another worker about how he wasn’t doing his job right & it was going to cause them all to get in trouble. Other than that, everything was great!

I was expecting delivery at 12-12:25am…over an hour later the food shows up with the label saying pick up at 11:41pm…THEY DELIVERED ME THE SAME FOOD THAT WAS MADE OVER AN HOUR AGO!!! CLEARLY THEY ARE UNAWARE OF FOOD TEMPS AND TRYING TO GET PEOPLE SICK!!

Asking $7 dollars for a chicken quesadilla is just a reflection of just how greedy these people are and I’ll happily keep leaving these one star reviews at every Taco Bell I stop at. My son went today 12/10/22 and ordered nacho fries. He gets all the way home and the fries are plain with no seasoning! He drives all the way back to get some with seasoning on them and they tell him they’re out of seasoning!!! They said they had a sign up and he should have read it!
Not everyone reads all the signs you have up taco bell! Next time tell someone when they’re ordering that the main ingredient in something is missing!!! On top of that the fries was cold and you didn’t get him fresh fries or his money back!!!

Great staff and customer service. I ordered the wrong combo by accident and asked if they could change it because of a dietary restriction. They made the exchange without issue and were quick about the remake. Thank you to Selena and the manager on duty today for making my lunch and my day so good!

We ALWAYS go here over the one in asheboro even though we live further from Randleman location.. the staff on 8/5/25 about 5 pm took the time out of their day to write xtra beef on the wrapper of my chalupa when I ordered one with extra and one without. Food is always made correctly and not just slung together and the staff is very nice.

Robert was so amazing!! He definitely needs a raise I have never had someone take my order so politely and very patient ! I only got 3 items but he helps me out so much! Asked if I needed any extras like hot sauce I’ll definitely be coming back!

They need to bring back the register in the inside. I hate using the kiosk machine. You can’t pay cash in the inside.

The staff has issues about closing the dining area wayyy too early at night. But besides that, they’ve only gotten my order wrong a few times in the past and they’ve got quick service for Taco Bell. (Ask for light ice though if you don’t want a big cup that’s 60% ice and 40% drink!)
