I ordered a couple of Classic Lux boxes. Since it had already happened to my husband, I double checked the cinnamon twists actually had cinnamon, they had basically no cinnamon on them. I asked the staff if they could put some cinnamon on them. They only gave me a bag with a little bit of cinnamon. They were not rude, but the girl who served me was far away from being nice about it.

Employees are ALWAYS rude and in a bad mood. Not that I need the customer service to be above and beyond but if you applied for that position don’t be so miserable to everyone else around you. They also never get my order right, anytime I ask fo
r extra of an ingredient it always seems to be completely left out of my food. I’d understand if I went in there in a disrespectful manner but I always say please and thank you and for some reason it’s like that annoys them even more? Everyone there needs an attitude check ASAP

If I could give zero stars I would. How do you mess up an order THREE times… something so simple. NO TOMATOES. And have the audacity to have an attitude. Sorry we interrupted your smoke break.

I have absolutely no words to describe the disappointment I had and non concern for the way they handle or serve peoples food. This place should be shut down immediately. If you love yourself and care about how you receive your food please do not go to the Taco Bell on North Church St. Trust me when I say you will be disappointed. If I could give zero star I would. I have added pictures of my supposed to be Supreme Tacos and crunch wrap. This is just careless.

Not what i ordered. Asked for not ice, they put ice, asked for something plain, they end up putting everything. Asked for sauce didn’t get none. No napkins no straws. And the whole time they were talking like they we half asleep no sense of urgency.

Taco Bell has really changed. The food.was better and even the people there were great. Great atmosphere. Haven’t been here in over a year because of the quality of food and also the atmosphere of the people were just rude. But I went there and it’s totally changed. Will come back now that the food is better and employees are very respectful.

Manager was working drive thru window, was not very pleasant. Forgot one of our tacos and acted like I was lieing about it being missing. Whole crew acted like they hated being there. Maybe it was because I was white, who knows

OMG where do I start… promotion of the Nacho Fries was the WORST…pulling into drive I notice the Taco Bell sign and Ad for the fries only issue was the sign said ” NA_HO FRIES” Ok?! This sign is located on a very busy road with other fast food restaurants! I found the humor in it of course but wondered who was in charge of the sign and wondered if anyone else noticed it…mainly management. Ok I get to drive thru to order these NA_HO fries and 3 crunchy tacos with meat and cheese only to be told by the lady on the speaker that “THEY ARE OUT OF BEEF IT WILL TAKE 10MINS TO COOK IF THEY COOK IT BUT THEY HAVE CHICKEN AND STEAK” UMM lady on the speaker NO I WANT MY TACOS…How you going to tell me at 8:00pm that you are out of beef and it will take you such and such amount of time to do your job? And why the heck are you out of beef at TACO BELL? I told her I’d wait after she told me I could wait in parking lot. This drive thru is so small that I still had to go completely thru as if I’d ordered. When I came to service window, I clearly was just going to drive by it and around to wait for beef. But the lady waved me down and stopped me and I told her I was one waiting and she says ” NO I GOT YOU” I’m like ok?! That was a short 10mins I’m thinking in my mind…I asked how much and she say “NO DONT WORRY ABOUT IT THANK YOU” I Thanked her and told her I appreciated it. I came home and began to pass out my family there individual request for 4 different fast food joints and my boyfriend gets his tacos to find them broken, soggy, sprinkle of cheese and maybe a teaspoon of beef on the tacos! I was furious! I drove back and showed them each one of the tacos that clearly we’re not fit to be served and that offering a customer free food that wasn’t even prepared properly is disgraceful and bad customer service. I offered to pay for my food if that would deliver better quality…the same lady that sold me the messiness out the window handled my issue inside, she may have been managing but clearly not! I returned home yet again but tacos we’re still soggy on bottoms after only 5 min drive long story short my boyfriend had no dinner! N. Church Street Burlington NC location is a mess…I’d rather go to Graham NC or other location by Holly Hill Mall. I should have went with my conscious when I saw the sign…it was clearly a SIGN!

My little brother passed away a couple years ago and his favorite take out had always been Taco Bell. Since then, whenever I’m having a bad day or stressed, a snack from Taco Bell has become comfort food that reminds me of him. Fast food is always hit or miss, but I’ve honestly never had a bad meal at this location. And to top it off, there is one particular employee that is just phenomenal. Her name is Kaneesha (hope I spelled that right), and any time I see her she is a ray of sunshine. Something about her just shines: she is always so welcoming and caring that every time I come through while she is there, I just instantly feel better. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time, and the positivity she radiates is so rare. I hope her establishment recognizes that and the strength that that shows in her character. I just wanted to say thank you for being amazing!
