This was my first time here since the remodel it looks a lot better. I ordered through the mobile app and the service was pretty quick. I didn’t wait super long for my food. Everything was pretty tasty, hot, fresh and good. The only complaint was that the quesadilla was cut super inconsistent and the cheese was not melted at all. So maybe just taking the time to actually make sure the food is of quality standard, and not rushing through the order would’ve been great.

very unprofessional and filled the fries not even half way and I went inside to ask and they laughed and said I probably took some off when that did not happen he just poorly poured the fries in there and were laughing and were being rude. The fries came like that from the drive through, next time just put the fries in the bag bro it’s not that hard, pretty sure the person that did the fries was named Carlos and the lady with the highlighter red hair was being very condescending. Not even surprised this place has a 3.4 rating. When you look at the reviews they are littered with one stars. I pulled up tonight and the lady on the mic was straight-up rude. Told me my car was “too loud” — I drive a hybrid, a 2025 at that and it wasn’t even running. She kept repeating it like I was the problem. I turned the car off, spelled out what I was saying, and she still caught an attitude. Told me she already heard me, then started arguing like I was bothering her. How the hell does that make sense? Absolutely ridiculous.
People need to re-learn customer service. Or maybe go make 15 an hour in a warehouse or factory where they don’t have to be customer facing.

This taco bell is horrible. No matter where you order from, Uber Eats, in person, drive thru, they always forget an item in your order. Sometimes even half of your order. My husband has actually gone inside, waited 20 minutes to be greeted and has walked out because they never said hello to him. Do not order from this place or before you leave make sure your order is right. They ALWAYS forget something.

This location is literally ALWAYS out of product. Whether it be due to staff with the bad attitudes, that they most definitely have here at this store and them not wanting to actually “work” or the fact they just dont ever have anything to even complete a simple burrito or taco. After not being able to order what you actually want, nor any secondary choice either, you then have to deal with them leaving, just constantly leaving up to two plus items out of your bag, they will huff and puff because you have to walk back up to the drive thru in order to even let them know. Then, here we go with finding the receipt they never gave you, therefore you could actually try to get at least half of what youve already paid for.. Smh. Super sad ppl are the way they are.

I never leave reviews but I am so irritated right now. I got 2 cheesy Gordita crunches. 20 minutes into waiting for my food, I get called to the counter and am informed they’re out of nacho cheese shells. He asked if I wanted a cool ranch shell instead. I said no, just a regular hard taco shell. That didn’t mean I didn’t want my a cheesy Gordita crunches. They’re just regular, hard tacos with no soft shell around it. Already frustrating because that’s $8 I’m out. Not to mention, the 30 minutes it took to make two tacos, a burrito, and nachos. Everybody was having fun laughing and chatting it up in the kitchen, cussing and being extremely loud. If y’all have time to act a fool on the clock you got time to make my tacos the way I ordered them. I’m an extremely patient person but this experience has been stressful and annoying. Just drive down the road and find another Taco Bell, this one isn’t worth it.
