As A former manager of Taco Bell, I would have never! Me or my crew! I reached in the bag to pull my taco out and this is what happened because it was not wrapped properly. And y’all are not scooping from the bottom so the meat is very cold. Do your job correctly and take pride in your work regardless of where it is. And stop skimping on the toppings, I know food cost is important but so is my money that I chose to spend with you.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, the tortilla was burnt and there was uncooked meat on the inside. I’ve ordered this item twice in the past two weeks and I haven’t noticed any pink on the inside until tonight. Found out after taking a bite. Wish I hadn’t. This was the last thing I started to eat in my order, I have no idea if what I’ve already eaten also had uncooked meat inside. I don’t normally leave reviews, but obviously serving undercooked food is dangerous and people need to know what they’re eating.

first of all, this is the fastest we have ever received our Taco Bell order and it was amazing. Genuinely tasted better than whenever we normally get it. we were pleasantly surprised to see that they were still working hard even under the icy weather conditions.
Second of all, there was a four car pile up, stuck in the parking lot on 1/27/26 and the employees let us use their shovel to break the ice under our car. they were still cracking jokes and in high hopes which was fun to converse with during the stressful moment. 10/10 would eat here again, and hopefully the same group of ladies are working too so it’s not as boring.

Best Taco Bell in town, hands-down. Always quick and very friendly staff and service. Always accurate. The same can’t be said for the other Taco Bells in Winston. Really love this location and even though it’s not the closest one to me I’ll go out of my way to specifically go to this location.

I frequent this location at least twice a week and its hit or miss at best. They mumble at the drive thru, when asked if your order is correct even if you say no its common for them to proceed as if you hadn’t, then once you gave to correct them at the window the tend to,more often than not, get an attitude. On top of all those service issues they tend to under serve their items (I’ll leave a picture) and use an obviously over abundant amount of rice (usually overcooked mush) to fill out the product.
But when they do get it right the few times they do its great.

I have been disappointed by taco bell before but this is just an extra level of disrespect to a paying customer.
The owner should be ashamed but judging by the work ethic of the employees I imagine this is the inevitable outcome of not paying your employees a liviable wage and having a predatory view of customers.
Avoid this place at all cost for the price of this disappointing “food” I could have bought a steak dinner.

Wow, I was nervous after reading some recent reviews – but this Taco Bell totally blew me away. I hit the drive thru around 11pm on 8-27. Very friendly and helpful lady took my order and even taught me an easier way to order dairy free – I really appreciated that! At the window, the team seemed energetic and happy – I loathe when people making your food seem angry, passive and indifferent. They finished up my order and handed me my food. Got back to my hotel and my order was still hot, none of my tacos/chalupas were falling apart – they were nicely stuffed and neatly wrapped up. Never finished two chalupas and two tacos quicker lol All in All I think they deserve 5 stars. Pleasant friendly service, hot well prepared food. This seriously goes such a long way. Thanks to the team working tonight I hadnt had Tbell in forever

This location, especially later afternoon/evening, is absolutely wonderful. My orders are always complete and delicious-no matter if I walk in to order or get it delivered. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome
