Ordered food but the “ fryers” were “ down “ no potatoes and no beans at 11:30pm. So re ordered based on that, missing quesadilla. Drive through man in grey beanie was friendly and polite. Tried to call about the missing item but they would answer and mute the phone over and over.

My quesadilla was not fully cut i could pick it up and its was still be in one piece .I am missing a regular Dorito taco and the Dorito supreme combo the sour cream was not present on the tacos and I order too lime refresher I received my order one was strawberry and one was lime

We online ordered at 8:12. Here i sit at 8:40 watching multiple people who ordered after me in the actual store get their food.
When I asked i was told “its a long wait”, even though the customers who placed orders 20-30mins after me got their food quicker.

Came inside the restaurant to order food waited the counter 10 minutes and no one came and took my order and I was planning on ordering a lot but since no one came to help me I just left I have nothing but problems out of this Taco Bell over the years it’s such a shame because I love their food guess I’ll be driving to kernersville to the new Del Taco since Taco Bell can’t get their shit together they lost a loyal customer

Not my first visit but sadly likely one of my last. Despite the place being clean and the food actually tasting pretty good, the service was very, very poor. Though, EVERY table was dirty. All the workers looked dead to the world and were not at all acknowledging anything to do with customers at the counter for orders. They had to do it themselves. The bathrooms were also broken.
All in all, a very poor visit, but if you have to make a quick visit, at least the food is good.

Always helpful and quick with obtaining my order to completion plus ensuring it’s all correct before I leave the store. I recommend this Taco Bell because the staff are so nice and quick to get your food cooked in a quick manner.

aside from my food taking forever – there are 2 small children (elementary school or younger) sitting in a booth with a laptop set up in front of them. i presumed mom was ordering or waiting for food, bahaha NO, to my surprise she’s employed there and working. this wouldn’t be an issue if the children weren’t unruly as all get out. inches away from an elderly lady’s food and table. running around the entire restaurant asking everyone how old they were etc, couldn’t even enjoy my sub par meal. then onto the actual order and food order on the kiosk as nobody was available at the front register. after 20 minutes of waiting for a quesadilla i spoke with a employee who couldn’t find my order in the back, she printed it from said register took my food to go

Went tonight to get food but the food was terrierble as well as the tea. I had more bread than what was supposed to be on the inside and for a 5 beefy layer burrito it’s supposed to include meat. My fiances food was cooked to hard she couldn’t eat it. Staff needs better training on their positions because it was not worth what I paid.

I had the best chicken burrito the other day, not all tortilla like most places. And the drive-thru cashier is always so nice. I wish I could get their names so I can properly praise them for a great job. The wait was a little long but worth it with hot food.
Also another day I had the cantina chicken bowl, and man ol man that thing was Delicious . It’s on my way home now so I’ll be able to taste and review lots of items . Day off and taking the kids.

I went through the drive-thru here last night and my order was great, with the exception of the 12 pc. Cinnabon Bites. I’ve included a pic of my receipt with the time & location, and a pic of the item that I had a problem with. As you can see, one was missing and over half of them were burnt and inedible. $5.99 is a lot to pay for only 4 or 5 pieces, as the rest of them went in the trash.
