This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, I understand price increases , however spending 13.00 on a meal(6) chalupa x2 and a taco with a drink. But when you get home and realize they put a teaspoon of meat and hardly no toppings it really isn’t worth it . Should of just got regular soft tacos. Do better Taco Bell.

we ordered 12 supreme loco doritos tacos and we didn’t get no supreme tacos and all of them basically looked like this with barely anything in them. the only thing right about our order was they gave us extra sauce packets.

First of all I don’t really leave reviews. Good or bad. But for me to leave a bad review it has to be horrible. It began by me waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes before being able to order. However now I realize it was because the were probably fixing peoples stuff they messed up. I ordered a few beef tacos, two beefy grilled cheese burritos and a chicken quesadilla. Had to wait another 15 minutes after I ordered to get to the window. Once I was at the window she only gave me one drink at first and I had to correct her and tell her I got another drink. Finally got my bag and opened it up and I just counted the items, saw it was the right count, and split. That was the dumbest decision I made all day. Once I got home I realized they put chicken in EVERYTHING!!!! All my tacos were chicken with a pathetic amount of meat in there. The beefy grilled cheese burritos didn’t even have cheese on the outside and both of them were chicken. The only thing that was supposed to be chicken was the quesadilla. It’s like y’all ran out of beef and just improvised. Y’all need to get it together man. I love Taco Bell now I’m going to have to start driving out of town to get it. I’ve never had one good thing to say about the Taco Bell on Rockford street.

Is it authentic Mexican? No. Am I going to go there anyway because it’s delicious? Yes. If you’re looking for Michelin star rated tacos, this is probably isn’t your place. If you’re looking for somewhere to satisfy that late night craving for semi decent prices, it’s pretty good.

I love this Taco Bell! the employees are always nice, apologetic for even the smallest wait when busy, and while I rarely ever have an issue with my food, if a customization is ever missed or item left out, they make it right asap! they’re fast and efficient, the food always tastes good and after years of frequenting it I can’t think of one time I didn’t leave happy.

I understand that places are short-staffed and supplies are limited but when I order a beef chalupa I would at least like to have a decent amount of meat on it and it to be made decently I worked in fast food for 3 years and I understand it you know can be a little demanding sometimes and I get things get messed up but I’ve had issues with this with this Taco Bell for a while now where my orders have been messed up and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and here we go again this chalupa doesn’t even look right the chalupe itself is hard and I just you’ll see in the picture what I mean but it’s not even completely covered as far as the ingredients.
