I frequent Taco Bell weekly due to traveling for my work and this is one of my favorite fast food places period. I have to say that this location earned 6 5 stars I’m giving them today. The food is absolutely great as far as quality and quantity, which I cannot say for a lot of other locations. The tacos I ordered were full of meat all the way across the bottom of the taco as they should be and they were hot. The employees followed every specific direction I requested when modifying my food. The service was excellent and professional, especially since they only had 3 people working. The dining area was clean and very welcoming. The bathrooms were in excellent condition and felt clean to use.

My orders are always perfect when she’s on shift, the food is consistently fresh, and she goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels taken care of. Her smile and positive attitude truly make the experience better every single visit.

A month and a half ago you could pull right up order and have a meal in less than 2 minutes. I have tried to eat here twice in the last month and the line doesn’t move. I am currently in line at 3:30 (typically not a busy time) and I am the 5th car in line waiting to order and the line hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. This is insane. 3 cars literally just got out of line and left. Now I’m second. I don’t know what is going on, but corporate needs to find out.

I AM SO PISSED. I doordashed from this location and they DID NOT at all get my order right. I was missing 2 items which had to be refunded to me via DoorDash customer service in their app, my Crunchwrap was just thrown in the bag not at all put together , I ordered a chicken quesadilla without creamy jalapeño sauce and one with it and BOTH were given to us with sauce and little to no chicken unlike what was expected. And the rest was a mess as well, low quality DEFINITELY NOT handled with care by them and orders were not followed. But the FACT that I paid $37.00 for the food NOT EVEN INCLUDING THE DOORDASH TIP FEES ETC disgusts me. Will NOT be back here and I really wish I could get a refund over all as this is unacceptable. Managment needs to have a talking with whoever was on shift 1/19/2026 at 8:30pm!

Found metal shavings on my crunch wrap supreme and my quesadilla. I than went to return the food items to the store and their manager( I presume) than tried to argue with me saying there isn’t any metal on my food trying to call me a liar. I guess he wasn’t educated enough to realize that aluminum is a type of metal. This was a very unacceptable experience. Not mention dangerous for your health. I implore you all to steer clear from this Taco Bell. They do not care about you.

The food was fresh and warm and full of protein. The drive through was extremely quick and service was friendly. I would come back again if I lived in the area!

Clean Bathrooms, friendly staff, food made to order, what more could ya want? Fantastic Taco Bell!! Staff is awesome! Have had some mixed experiences lately from Taco Bell locations, this was definitely heads and shoulders above 90% of them!

This restaurant got a 5 start and the only reason why I even decide to do a review is due to the fact I got my food kinda cold and I talk to the manager and they gave me a new order they even let me keep my old one. I recommend this place clean and vary hip. I love this taco bell in mocksville probably a better chill spot then the McDonald’s in mocksville.

The place is clean inside including the restroom and they have a bar area with outlets and usb ports for charging like at an airport. Everything felt modern
