This place is steadily going down hill and has been for months. The service alternates between bad snd incompetent, with the decent workers not nonexistent but far and few between.
Today it hit the peak of bad performance as we pulled up and had to wait fifteen minutes to even have our order taken and God knows how long the perspn ahead of us had already been waiting. Fully unacceptable. We WATCHED two late workers come flying into the parking lot before our order was taken. And we still had to wait and be pulled up to get our food.

took 30 minutes for a taco and a burrito? and the lady had the NERVE… to say she called my name mind you 3 people sitting with me. none of us heard a name called for the entire time we were sat. while atleast 12 people went through the drive through. if you could read, or maybe SPEAK UP. maybe you wouldn’t have such TERRIBLE reviews at this location. my food was then sat in the mobile pickup while the ticket clearly said dine in… do better.

Came in for a pickup order and there was nobody to be found. Heard voices and laughing in the back, waited for a couple minutes, and then had to yell “hello?” 4 times before anyone came out. Hadn’t started on our order at all, so I stood there for another 5 minutes while they made two quesadillas. Every once in a while there is a good experience here, 99% of the time it’s something crazy like this.

Taco Bell please DO BETTER. Got a taco supremes meal and all three of my tacos were soaking wet with watery lettuce. The tacos were stuck to the paper and either were old or whoever made them simply diddnt care the tacos were all wet. Also paid for chips and cheese and the chips were mostly broken and crumbs. Whoever worked there tonight diddnt care about the food going out. Watery wet tacos- unacceptable .

Ordered 2 Gorditas for lunch and used the bathroom while waiting. When I came out, my drink wasn’t sitting there with the bag, I had to ask, and finally, a guy in the back asked me if I was the 2 Gorditas and told me it was that bag. There was no one else in the restaurant ordering or picking up. There was only 1 couple dinning in at the table. Then i asked for my cup, and the guy took about a minute and a half to go back and look to make sure I had a cup, wasn’t lying, and looked at size, which is understandable but also insulting due to them not giving me the cup in the first place and then acting like I was trying to get a free drink. Very very unprofessional employees.
Customer service is lacking severely here. Cleanliness and environment were not great. The vibe of the whole restaurant felt more like a police station or jail house vibe.
I would eat the food here again, since the gorditas were very good as always but they should fire the staff completely and re hire people who actually do want to work, make a difference and at the very least, just be FRIENDLY!!

Really good service food was made quickly and was made really good except bacon on my bacon egg and cheese quesadilla was not spread out through the quesadilla evenly. Besides that great experience id recommend this taco bell

Tate forgets the sauces. Apparently a lot. Luckily I check such things or I would have been steamed. I found myself wondering when the last time the windows at the drive thru were cleaned. My pet peave. If you can’t clean a window why should I trust that you cleaned anything else properly. I’ll recheck and re-evaluate. Also, Tate, the tacos were thin on meat. I didn’t pay $2.50 a piece for a happy meal amount of meat.

I politely asked for a minute to look at the menu in the drive thru. Someone said sure. They kept rushing me to order even though no one was behind me. It made me feel so bad they kept asking me to order that I told them nevermind and left without food. I asked for the guy’s name he told me Joe. When I went to the window I asked the women who the man was talking to me and she said Johnny. I asked why he spoke that way to me and that it was very rude. She replied “I don’t know he’s my boss”. And shrugged. I’ve never taken time to make a review but this really was disrespectful and I hope others aren’t treated this way.
