I ordered through GrubHub from this restaurant, and after customer care told me they couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant, I decided to call them myself. The staff went above and beyond to fix the situation. They got my food delivered within 15 minutes and even gave me a couple of free taco coupons.

Dude literally came to my table and asked if my food was okay. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE. If you’re on the border thinking if you should come get some amazing Mexican cuisine… DO IT. Listen to Nike and just do it. I LOVE TACO BELL. 10/10 all around.

Imagine paying over $10 for two of these. There’s more chicken in a single Chick Fil A nugget than what was in these these tacos. You could get a burrito at Qdoba or Chipotle the size of a newborn for nearly the same price. Second time this has happened at this location. Lesson learned.

Idk who’s responsible for making sure the orders go through the app but it doesn’t work, hasn’t worked for a month, I suspect management has turned off their ability to receive orders and it’s ridiculous. Don’t bother ordering from here, save your money and get good Mexican food from a place that actually wants your business because this is just ridiculous

It was a busy Saturday night (after a game) and the ladies at the front were so kind! They kept the team engaged and pushed them to be their best!! One of the ladies was talking to us and keeping us excited about the new food items. They even heard we haven’t tried the new empanadas yet and they offered them to be dropped fresh so we could have the best experience! Thank you guys for making our night!! Truly my best experience at Taco Bell! (which is high praise since i am a regular at this specific location!!)

The whole place smells like human pee, Bathroom is gross and falling apart,After trying to get 3 different fountain drinks- all 3 poured out water instead of the drink we clicked. we then Ordered 3 ice teas and only 1 was given ice the rest were lukewarm. got our food and neither of of our chicken quesadillas were cooked, the cheese was not melted in the slightest and was falling out. The employees were unbelievably rude. Multiple people were in our car and were in shock by their attitude. We asked for a baja blast freeze and they gave us a regular soda, we asked nicely for another one, offered to give that one back and she slammed the window and didnt say a word. We tried to say thank you and she slammed it again. We were so nice. The guy beside her was punching the receipt printer out of anger. It was the guy with the huge bun and tattoos. The lady was an old woman with glasses. We are all in shock by this experience.
