There are no employees working the counters at this location. They have gone to a kiosk only setup where all ordering is done from a screen. That wouldn’t normally be a big issue but when added with the problem of food quality, it all adds up. Ive given this location more than a few chances the past month and it always seems to be the same issue. Very old, aged ingredients, especially tortillas. They are dry and crumble apart. Even the gorditas, when fried, turn into crumbled messes. This was my last attempt with this location.

Great Taco bell. Always has great food and fast. Although it seems like you have to use the AI when you go through the drive-thru now which I disagree with I’d rather just talk to a real person, but to be fair it does work well.

It’s taco bell, the food never changes. That said, the employees are usually polite and friendly, and willing to help you find specific things on the kiosk or offer suggestions if the menu gets to be too much. It helps that they are one of the few places that are even open after 9 in wellsburg. Fast order ready times, and moderately consistent for the price.

Every single time I goto this restaurant, the kids that are employed here are rude, they ignore you until you get irritated, and they forget to give you parts of your order. For being the brand new franchise in town…. they are worst. I’m not saying your order won’t be amazing but every time I’ve ordered they forget things. Like the nacho cheese for the nacho fries, or that extra sour cream you paid for on the side. My fries are always cold and soggy but my burritos are always delicious. This particular store is so hit and miss that it’s a gamble any time you go here. Sorry for the storybook but I never have a good time when I go here.

Tried going here tonight & went through the drive through. Was told at the speaker they couldn’t find my order to pull up to the window. I sat in line behind 4 other cars & get up to the window. They finally found my order and said I needed to pull around & come in to get my order or pull around and come back through the drive through line. I then said I didn’t understand why if they had found my order & they said it would be because I would mess up their drive thru times. I then said to just cancel my order because it had already been almost 10 minutes and I wasn’t waiting any longer. One of the employees then made a “Karen” comment. How original & unprofessional, not that I would expect anything more than that. Won’t return here.

A brand new clean, well run taco bell. The food is fresh, and the staff is courteous and pleasant. A refreshing change from the remaining venues available.
