There was a very strong chemical odor in the store, food even had a weird taste, tortilla shell was like rubber and fries were cold an undercooked. Not to mention an elderly man stood at the counter wanting to order and was ignored for more than 7 mins finally giving up and walking out, it’s honestly not hard to offer help to our elders who don’t know how to use the tablets to order.

Nothing we ordered was prepared correctly. It’s really not that hard so when we picked it up thru the drive thru and brought it home, everything had to be thrown out. Ridiculous and the drive thru worker didn’t even speak when he handed the stuff out. Not going back there again.

They served me probably the best crunchwrap I’ve ever had. The hard shells were actually crunchy and the food was piping hot. Whoever was working the drive thru at around 1:45pm on 12/29/22 was really nice and pleasant to interact with.

Pretty sure the manager is raising pet rats at this location. See several while we were trying to enjoy a quick dinner. Store employees didn’t seem phased by their presence. Will not be back. Should have been refunded and was not. Totally disgusted with the filth and unprofessional behavior of this food establishment.
