Absolutely ridiculous! There was a teaspoon of meat on the tacos! All 5 items we ordered were room temp at best and we are staying right across the street, so it’s not like we traveled far enough for the food to get cold. People need to start standing up and complaining or these restaurants will continue to screw the customer!!! The last photo shows what Taco Bell “claims” you get for your money. Pathetic.

My favorite taco bell location. I will drive oast 2 or 3 other taco bell locations just to go to this one. The people are great, the place is clean, the food looks fresh, the employees seem genuinely happy, extremely underrated.

Typical franchise. This location definitely had to make sure they got their drive thru customers done first. I waited 15 minutes for 4 little soft tacos with just meat and cheese. I ordered through the kiosk.

Well… don’t count on it for Breakfast… here I am at 7 am, signs posted everywhere BREAKFAST … after other customers joined me in line, the lone employee finally started communicating with folks (and KUDOS to him for SHOWING UP TODAY )… but he shared they don’t have any employees to open the store today… dare I say MANAGEMENT ?!
Not the first time massive delays and observable chaos and friction among employees has been observed at this location. Sad that such a spot right next to the interstate, right down the street from hotels, Kinetic Park, and Huntington High School, can’t capitalize enough on traffic to afford or retain employees, and can’t afford or retain employees long enough to capitalize on traffic… Good luck. But get it together .

This Taco Bell is a MUST SEE. Yes, that sounds crazy, but just look at the place/photos! It’s AMAZING to visit and grab a quick bite! You won’t be disappointed!

I came tonight on 10-6 at about 8:15pm and I’m going to tell you this was hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I got a steak grilled cheese burrito, cheesy gordita crunch and chili cheese burrito and the food honestly looked like the pictures… Y’all need to keep that crew working every night.

I was discriminated against. The guy would not take my order at the counter said they only use the kiosk. There’s so much wrong with this. From a legal stand point. I could not see the screen did not have my glasses, an some ppl in this world can’t read or understand there system an Im not a employee. You take someone’s order to be a sales man/woman to help the costomer get what they wabt and need. I wont be doing your jobs for you. We are so desperate to disconnect from each other. I do not recommend this Taco Bell. Went through drive thru and the person taking the order was not nice, our food was not good and didn’t part of it and the they did not put any cinnamon on the cinnamon twists I mean not a crystal of cinnamon. They made you feel that we inconvenienced them by ordering food there.

Came through the drive thru the other night happen to look in my bag and there was a fake nail in the bottom of my bag with my cinnamon twist. I then decided to bite into my taco and there was a black hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. While im in drive through waiting for forever I see a skinnky girl with black hair and glasses shaking their rear end by the window. This place is absolutely unprofessional wouldn’t recommend.
