I recently visited Taco Bell and while the employees were very nice, the service was unfortunately quite slow. Despite the friendly staff, the wait time for my food was longer than expected, especially since I was eating inside. While the food was still tasty, the wait detracted from my overall dining experience. I would recommend trying the drive-thru if you’re in a hurry. Overall, I would give this Taco Bell a 3-star review.

Used to love this Taco Bell. Nowadays, they’re awful. I haven’t gotten a correct meal but maybe once the last three or four times I’ve been there. And if you’re going to pay their absurd prices, it should at least be made correctly and everything in the bag.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell around. They’re careless and always forget items that I paid for. When I ask for no sour cream, the majority of the time they still put it on my food. They don’t give you sauce. The workers in the drive thru are rude. And even though it says online they serve breakfast until 11, if you don’t get there before 10:30 they won’t serve it. I’m just going to start driving further to go to the other one.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell there is always something missing. So I sit in drive through and check everything before pulling off now. It never fails that there’s always two plus items missing. The customer service at the window is so bad. They never ask for sauces or anything. You try say thank you and they just ignore you and shut window on ya. Then on top of that the food is always so bad. The chalupa is like it’s been sitting there for hours. It’s so bad. This will def be my last time to this Taco Bell. Should have quit going 50 times ago.

Teays Valley is the WORST Taco Bell around! Stay clear. They skimp and the food is not near the quality of Hurricane or Cross Lanes. The new Enchirito at Teays Valley was all beans compared to the meaty ones at the other two places. Called to complain and was told that’s how it is when I know better. They definitely need new management at Teays Valley! I’ll be darned if they ever get another cent from my family!!!!

Third bad experience with this location, third times a charm and I will not be back unfortunately. I only stopped here after work in the late evening. Experiences 1. Food items were forgotten 2. Attitude was given when I asked for a receipt and extra napkins from young boy in the drive thru 3. Food items did not have everything they are supposed to come with on/in them. – all three experiences I have sat in line for 15-20 minutes with the same young boy “running the drive thru”.

Ordered 3 supreme soft shell tacos, the filling was half the normal amount in all 3. The tables and floor are a mess. 7 people working and they lock the doors bc “the are short staffed”. 4 cars in drivethru.
