It’s a hit or miss. Tonight I was very disappointed. They gave me the wrong food and I didn’t check like I normally do and had to turn back around, then I return the wrong food and finally get to my chips at the bottom of the bag received about 7 chips and maybe two in crumbs

Normally I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this is the second night in a row this taco bell has forgotten food in my order. Last night they forgot a potato soft taco and tonight it was a three cheese chicken flatbread melt. I wish I could say I’m surprised, but I’m not it’s very common for this location to forget food in my order. It’s so common that me and my husband have started using the Rt. 60 location off the 29th street exit even though it is further out of our way. It’s frustrating to choose between either going to a convenient location or going out of our way an extra 5-10 minutes just to ensure that we get ALL the food we order and pay for. I wish the employees at this location were attentive to the job they’re doing because how common of an issue this is is just ridiculous.

I typically order the same soft tacos with no lettuce and add creamy jalapeno. Theyve always turned out good, messy but good. When its available I do the Nacho fries. They’re limited time only and amazing! This paticular Taco Bell is drive thru heavy. My waits usually longer than the average TB visit. Going inside the workrs are always busy. Alot of the times Ive visited there were no welcomes or any form of greetings. No cashier at the front desk, both working the drive-thru. When receiving my order the name was just shouted, no thank yous or come agains. Friendliness is below expectation but the foods good and the place is clean. Do recommend and will return.

Absolutely disgusting. They need to wear beard nets. Found this absolutely abhorrent black beard hair IN MY MOUTH. I am a woman so I know it was not any hair of mine and my child could have ingested it as she took a bite before me. This is completely vile and I am debating calling the manager because this is a MAJOR health code violation!

I went thru with a mobile order they were out of everything. My cinnamon twist was not in a little bad was put all over the bottom of the bag. Missing 3 of the items in the order and the grilled cheese burritos chicken had barely to no chicken or nacho cheese. When we called to get order fixed they did not answer we called multiple times.

So I’m traveler trying to find fast food open at this time and when I see this Taco Bell and I go through the drive thru and they told us that they does not have meat. Just for not take our order, because she said that after we said what we want to ordered. I does not like to play with anybody works, but that’s insane. If you does not want to be to late working change work or shift. I will like a manager take an eye to that.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell in the area. Slower than molasses, rude more often than not, and almost always manage to mess up my order, no matter what it is, when I go, or who is working. It’s almost impressive how bad this one is. Either go to 29th St. or Milton and avoid this one like the plague.
