Absolutely the worst service ever. I dont understand why they have to rush people ordering. Its 3pm. You need to learn to not rush your customers. Take your time and chill out. We make your paycheck. Destiny was the girl that took the order. No slow down and take the time to actually care about people and not rush us.

Fast and efficient during no rush hours. Fairly slow later at nights. The foods normally what you expect nothing wild. Altho recently they have been messing orders up so double check the bag before leaving and who ever Sam is they are super nice polite and a breath of fresh air in a fastfood setting !

Ok so I’m absolutely shocked that while wearing gloves there’re touching the food then walking over to the register touching that, then going and stocking things, then back to the food without ever changing the gloves. That’s so gross. Have you ever heard of cross contamination?
On top of that this is the slowest taco bell I’ve ever been in. 13 minutes to get our food.

I’m doordasher and usually they are pretty quick with the orders, but today when I stopped in to pick up a Doordash order I had to wait a ridiculous long time. I literally watched 3 dashers come in after me and get their orders before me and the staff didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting all that time. This is unacceptable and needs to be worked on. I should not have to wait 20 minutes for a DoorDash order especially during non peak times.

Thought I’d try the new Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco meal. 2 tacos, chips n cheese sauce, drink $11. Pros: The flavor is outstanding with just a little bit of spice. You get one good size avocado verde packet with your meal. Cons: Not enough filling. Tacos broken & very greasy. And I have no idea how this happened but I ran out of chips before my cheese sauce! That’s NEVER happened! The Dr. Pepper was very good!

I got home after ordering food in the drive through. The customer service was not friendly, however I let that go. We did not get the soda we ordered as well but after her not being friendly, we decided to let that go as well. Although this was too much. This is plastic bag material in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I got a nacho belgrande, chips in a separate container. After mixing it together I went to grab a bite and saw that. After picking it up and realized it was not food, I am so disgusted and disappointed. I’m not even one to complain like that, but this is too much. Watch your food!

You’re better off going into the store because if you DoorDash their food, your order is most likely going to be messed up depending on who’s working! I’m so tired of ordering the taco supreme without lettuce and receiving a taco with meat and cheese and that’s it. It’s like they get confused. If you ask them to leave an item off the taco they get completely confused and don’t even know what to do so they ruined the entire taco and it’s delivery so you’re you’re screwed and stuck with a crappy item that they couldn’t even get right this happens over and over and over again. How hard is it to just remove lettuce and have everything else I guess it’s really hard because they can’t seem to figure it out there

Food (Sausage crunch wrap breakfast with xtra bacon hash brown & sausage) was absolutely banging. Service was disappointing when I ordered from door dash with my real name for my order. Upon receiving my order on my wrapper the name was listed as “BIG BOI” this does not help with my mental struggles and weight management issues and the taco bell team should be considerate to others and these types of struggles.

Ordered extra beef on a 5 layer and they served a regular amount and ordered a cantina chicken taco and the chicken on it was super tiny. A huge reason why i usually just cook but tonight I was running late. Fast food chains need to do better especially when they increase prices.
