Food (Sausage crunch wrap breakfast with xtra bacon hash brown & sausage) was absolutely banging. Service was disappointing when I ordered from door dash with my real name for my order. Upon receiving my order on my wrapper the name was listed as “BIG BOI” this does not help with my mental struggles and weight management issues and the taco bell team should be considerate to others and these types of struggles.

Went in 25 minutes before closing because we had just gotten finished watching a late night movie. The guy at the front didn’t seem too thrilled and told us they were closing soon. As we started to order, more people began to walk in. He seemed to get more and more frustrated as we waited for our food. Food was good though, and the cook who gave me mine was super friendly.

I did a late evening run to the local Taco Bell. I ordered food for 2 people. Four Doritos Locos Tacos, a Chalupa with extra steak, two Mexican pizzas, a Five Layer burrito, a soft taco, and Two Cheese Roll Ups. The person handed me a large bag and said, “ok, that’s it.” I got home to find out I only received half of my order. I called them but received a voice mail which also told me it was too late (1am), I did return to finally get this corrected by the manager, i wrote down all the items that were missing and this time the MANAGER forgot a Five Layer Burrito!

Not truck friendly. Dine in closed, and can clearly see I can’t fit in their drive-thru. Not a car in sight, when I approach the window, the cashier opens it to inform me they cannot serve me on foot, even though thats my only option. Hasn’t been an issue at others. Please, either take walk ups at the drive through, or open the dining room to match. Now all this being said, to her credit, the lady was nice about it.

Ordered extra beef on a 5 layer and they served a regular amount and ordered a cantina chicken taco and the chicken on it was super tiny. A huge reason why i usually just cook but tonight I was running late. Fast food chains need to do better especially when they increase prices.

The food was ok. But it’s way too high priced. I spent over $20.00 and still left hungry. There are much better places to eat and get full for $20.00. Fast food is no longer a good place for a cheap meal. They make everything smaller, and the price has over doubled. I won’t be eating there anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Iv eaten taco bell for almost 20 years. To the point I can smell if the order is right without opening the bag. Well the order was completely wrong. Least the drink was right so I could wash down the sadness. I was shocked when I was charged 60 cents for sour cream but open seeing the amount I got on a taco, I was relieved when I could use the amount provided to eat half a quesadilla but not eat my taco. You guys put the sad in quesadilla. Do better
