I normally stop at this Taco Bell on my way home from work. Sometimes the wait is a little lengthy but my food is always hot and fresh. I really appreciate that and the order taker is such a pleasant person. She seems to be there every time I come through the drive thru.

this is the worst experience ive ever had at a restaurant in my life. staff is incredibly rude and cant follow directions for their life. when i asked them to remake my burrito correctly after they made it wrong they were super rude but they did make it but then they wouldnt give me enough sauce. i went through the drive through twice to try to get my burrito fixed and still had to walk in the store after to grab enough sauces because they refused to give me enough sauce. when i walked in to grab a handful of sauces the employees were scoffing at me and said “its just one burrito” like they were the sauce police or something

Not a bad Tbell location, a little on the slower side with the drive through. Food was okay, decent place for a late snack! This location has more menu items available than a lot of other Taco Bell locations which was the main reason we got food here tonight. Hours are good here as well

I got a take out order through the drive-thru and everything went very well! Very nice workers, i only had an issue once I got my food. (I live less than 2 minutes away from this place and I also turn my heated seats on for my food) I got home and almost all of my tacos were extremely cold. Was very sad about it but I just got home from work and didn’t want to go back out again to get new food.

When I go here in person, my food is fine. When I order delivery, its always missing items, made with incorrect ingredients, and if you order around lunch time, the drivers are given multiple orders. If yours isn’t the first to be delivered, you get cold, soggy Taco Bell, with watered down drinks. No one wants that!

The employees are super nice, place was clean, but I don’t know if their heater is broken or what, but my taco was literally cold halfway through it! Fairly certain it was only about 5° warmer inside that it is outside!

This location of Taco Bell is a very good and convenient for travelers, right next to highway I-81 and open till late night.
