I’ve been here a couple times and it was decent. But today they had horrible staff who didn’t take care of me at all and burnt the hell out of my burrito. I paid for extra steak too and couldn’t even eat it. Way to go. Rob your customers and give sub par services. Charleston sux!

The Mexican pizza was horrible. Taste extremely stale and old. Floor had food and trash in it. Trash containers needed emptied. The stary drink was nasty. Some of food was missing. Had to wipe the table ourselves. I’m not sure why it was so nasty at 10 am …it wasn’t busy with business.
The store had a odor to it…..as if it was poor hygiene or dirty cleaning water or mop water. You literally could smell a odor that wasn’t pleasant for a restaurant.

I really don’t like this Taco Bell. It is really sad when you walk into a place and the employees look at you like you’re the problem. The homeless hang out here a lot. Im assuming they think every one that walks City in there is homeless. Employees are rude and the drive thru times are so long. If you want Taco Bell really bad, I’d suggest Saint Albans or Kanawha City.
Review Edit: Came at a later time some time later in the month and it really is the difference of night and day. The employees had great customer service. The dining are was very clean and we’re happy!

Staff was very rude. They asked if everything was ok on the screen before purchasing and wouldn’t display the screen. When I asked to show it again I was told I was good and to pull forward.

They don’t answer the phone during the day, so this seems to be the only place I can communicate. They close up shop early during the night, before they’re supposed to close.

Food not wrapped tight tacos dumped in bag. Ask for no sauce in chicken melt. Had to make extra trip for kids thru McDonalds. They don’t like the sauce. Lid wasn’t tight enough on nachos and didn’t look like it had extra meat. Person at window was nice.

While I love Taco Bell this location is definitely one to avoid. Its not the food, its the questionable customer service in the evening and at night. Most of the time I get time “their system is down and unable to fulfill my order.” It would be really nice to see something done about the service!!

Typical taco bell experience. Good service even though the line was backed up a little. Moved pretty quick. Person at the window or whoever is in charge of straws forgot ours so I had to walk in, but no big deal. Staff was courteous and had a good experience.
