This is by far & wide 1 of the coolest Taco Bell stores I’ve ever seen. I mean let’s face it, it’s a Taco Bell, but when you park & walk in it sort of makes you feel like you’re out at a much nicer place. I don’t baby it’s me but I like it & stop there when I’m in the area & I recommend it.

This location is hit or miss. We always have to check our food to make sure it is correct. Some of the staff is great but some don’t act like they want to be there. I’ve definitely been to worse locations.

Consistently rude night shift employee. He got my order wrong twice ages ago and now makes it his mission to make rude comments every time he sees me. I hope hes stuck working this job he clearly hates forever lol. It’s not hard to correct a mistake and move on but his fragile little ego will never let it go apparently.

I don’t know what’s going on at this taco Bell, but they seem to have turned themselves around a little bit. I’m noticing an increased frequency in correct orders and better customer service. Whatever they’re doing I hope they keep it up. However, I can’t ever seem to get them to put my cinnamon twists in the bag. It never fails. I always get back to the house before I realize they’re not in there. In all fairness, I’m pretty sure every Taco Bell freak gets the cinnamon twist.

Our order was not correct. We had to go inside to have them remake it, and no one was at the counter. Our daughter ordered a power bowl with chicken no tomato or beans. They remade with steak and beans. We didn’t notice until back home. Then we opened our chicken quesadilla and it was burnt so badly the first bite on the end was like a chip. Upon looking we noticed no chicken or cheese on the ends and very little in middle. It was the worst experience with Taco Bell that we have had ever. We will not be going back to this location.

First of all… I love me some taco bell. So on a loooong road trip, I was definitely willing to get off the road for some crunchy taco supremes. We ordered inside & took it to go. There was barely any meat on the tacos. My husband went for a cheese quesadilla. Was pretty surprised to find hardly any cheese. We debated for a few minutes after a few bites bc we were starving, but decided to go back in and “inquire” (that’s my nice word for why did you risk your life by shorting a menopausal woman on her tacos). Apparently that is the correct amount of meat & cheese you can expect for both items at this location. The server told us if you just get a cheese quesadilla, “you don’t get any more cheese.” Not sure what the reference was to… as we only expected to get cheese that hopefully covered at least half of the tortilla? ♀️ I mean… low expectations for a few bucks, but maybe more than 2 tsp??

Aside from my grilled cheese burrito, my food was basically NON EXISTENT! My chalupa and taco both had basically no filling inside of them (picture of the inside of my chalupa for reference). Now the restaurant will not answer their phone.

Horrible horrible my fiancee is a door dasher and we went their to pick up a order around 12:45 am . Taco Bell accepted the door dash order but when we got their they said that they were out of beef. The customer was contacted and asked if they could just put chicken in place of the beef. The manager said he couldn’t do that his higher up bosses wouldn’t allow that. 1. Why did they accept the order. 2. I’m sure the price difference wasn’t that much so I don’t understand.
