I love tbell and was so excited we got one in Winfield. Every time I’ve gone, something has been missing from my meal. I have to check it from now on. I ordered nachos and cheese yesterday, didn’t get the nachos. Ordered a hard shell taco with no lettuce, there was like one tiny spoonful of meat and a sprinkle of cheese, that’s it. Wish I could post a pic of that taco because it was a joke.

I eat Taco Bell at-least twice a week. I’ve stopped at this new location 3 times now and they haven’t disappointed. I highly modify my items and my order has been correct with good quantities every time. No skimping on the protein. There was a bit of a wait for one order, but that’s expected from a new store.

Came through the other night and they were out of beef. Manager wanted to give me another item instead. When I agreed and asked if it was the same price as what I had already paid for, she kept telling the guy at the window just to shut the window and was ignoring me at first. I was by no means trying to be one of those people but I felt it was rude, I just wanted to make sure I was getting a different food item for the amount that I paid for, not less.

Very poor service at this particular location. I would recommend going to another Taco Bell.
One employee was so incredibly rude on Friday Feb.7 approx 6pm. She actually told me I had not used a gift card at the order station and owed her more than I did. She was incredibly rude to the point of handing back my cash MINUS gift card money already taken by the register & saying I could leave. I explained, not leaving until this is right. Told her call a manager. Lady came, pushed one button, said the EXACT amount I TOLD HER before she accused me of lying. This was my first & last time ordering at Winfield location.

This place is brand new. This was our first time eating here. We purposely ordered items with additions and deletions to regular menu descriptions to see how things would go. Every item in our order was made correctly and with generous amounts of ingredients. The service was efficient, friendly, and quick. The restaurant was perfectly clean. This was a very nice surprise for a place that is still so new and probably still working out scheduling and service issues.

New location, even newer staff. They have 1 person in the back who knows what to do and tells the others, but without his direction the others stood around and did nothing. 20+minutes from kiosk order to tray is not going to get much support from people on their 30min lunch break. Send the new hires with zero experience to spend a day at an established store with experienced staff. Not all the newbies at one place. I understand they don’t know what to do, but it’s not okay to just stand around or wait to be told to do something. That’s why I didn’t share my thoughts with the staff at the time, but if I’d been on my way to do anything, I’d have certainly been late. 20min at the counter is a lot. I wouldn’t even consider trying the drive thru now.

Ok so I saw this “secret menu” online and wanted to try it. So I get there and the lady behind the counter was very polite and patient when I told her what I was looking for. She took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted *which was a Superman and the Incredible Hulk*. By the way if you haven’t tried these you need to!! Anyway I just wanna thank her – I don’t know who she is but the receipt says Dorothy D. Thank you so much for your patients…

Extremely weak and lazy staff with worthless management. They cuss, joke, and do everything but their jobs. I’ve seen, first hand, them hand out carry out orders to drive thru multiple times. The manager never try to fix anything and only make excuses for their ineptitude.

Got served pre-prepared food which was the Mexican Pizza combo. The two tacos were also pre-prepared and old like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. You can’t get edible food on a Friday? Unacceptable.
