Our first visit here was a very unique, yet negative, experience. We visited again to give them a second chance, and I wish we didn’t. Our food was great the first time around, but the cashier who brought out one of our freezes carried it all the way from behind the counter, to our table while it was actively overflowing and spilling all over her own hand, and the floor. Then she proceeds to calmy hand it to my boyfriend with it still overflowing from the cup. It got all over his hands and was spilling everywhere. Then she mumbled “I’ll get you another cup” and walked away. I am not sure how she stayed calm in all this, or why she even bothered bringing it out onto the floor while it was overflowing before she even started carying it. It was all over my boyfriends hands, he was just standing there confused, so I hurriedly told him to set it down on the table cause it was dripping all over the floor, which was already disgusting. The worker came back with the new cup, a size larger, and said “It’s okay I gotta mop anyway”. Then went upon her own business again. I ran to the drink area to get napkins and a lid for the new cup, since the worker didnt bother to supply any. She genuinely seemed like she didn’t care that she spilled freeze all over a customer. Very odd behavior. We decided to come here for a second time, thinking maybe it was a bad night or just that employee. We arrived at 11pm. Both Google maps and their signage states that they close at midnight. The doors were locked, so I tried putting in the mobile order and the app would not let us select any drive thru option. It would not let us submit the order at all. We went through the drive thru and the worker was nice, but very hard to understand. They took our order and everything came out quickly, but when we got home, we realized we were missing an item. I also asked for light spicy ranch on my Gordita crunch, and regular beef, but it most definitely came with normal ranch and light beef. The amount of meat on this “taco” was embarrassing. I know Taco bell is supposed to be cheap and the meat portion aren’t known for being the best, but this Taco was $6 ALONE. This store needs some work, and they REALLY need to update their real hours on Google.

Every single time we have been to this Taco Bell, there has been an issue. The attitude from workers, lack of help from employees and just overall lack of care towards their jobs increase with each visit. I am normally the first one to let things go but after this last visit, i will never return to this Taco Bell. It should not take a paying customer 10+ minutes to receive assistance from an employee. I witnessed other customers call for help multiple times with no assistance until they got loud. This Taco Bell should not be able to continue as they are currently functioning. When you finally do get your food, it is almost humorous with what they try to pass as acceptable. Barely any meat, items thrown together etc. The Drive through is definitely the priority at this location and people who walk in are not on staffs radar at all. Upper management should definitely look into how their running staff are interacting with their paying customers.

Everyone that works here is very polite and knows the menu. But the best worker here is Jessica. Service is always great never had an issue. Drive thru is quick. Everything you expect a fast food place to be.

I messed up my mobile order and put the wrong store. I believe it was the manager on duty realized the mistake and called the other store and told them not to make it and fixed it for me. Very friendly staff and clean store! I appreciated all the help.

This is the BEST Taco Bell around! I started coming here the day they opened and the crew here both day and night are great. My orders are right whether I do them on mobile or on the kiosk. Also the staff is a great part of the community. They have donated to and participated in community events for both neighboring schools as well as children and neighborhoods. This location was also integral into an annual Easter egg hunt put on for 5 different area neighborhoods. It’s always clean inside and the staff are friendly. So I am here at least 3 times a week but hey… Taco Bell has good food fast.

Worst taco bell ever. If I could give a 0 that wouldn’t be low enough. I literally asked her was everything in the box and she says yes . Wouldn’t you know it, it’s not. I ordered a 7 dollar box. Who puts the other items i ordered in the same box as the 7 dollar box? Then proceeded to say yes everything is in the box smh.

Very kind workers and they are always willing to help you with your order if you don’t want to place your order on the kiosk. I can say it’s clean and very delicious. Their drive thru is pretty fast. My food was hot fresh and good. GO TACO BELL YALL STEPPING YALL GAME UP !!!
