Staff got the order wrong. I had to come back and get it corrected and was greeted with a small attitude. Drinks were filled to the brim with ice and next to no liquid in them. The Mexican Pizza I ordered was smashed against the cardboard and cold in spots. Maybe leftover from last night? No napkins in the bag. Overall one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague. The franchise owner can and should do better.

We ordered 7:07pm and got our order 30mins+ after. Felt like they lost our order punch on their screen because they have no idea about our order. People who ordered after us got theirs and I had to approach the counter twice and the last person I talked to had to take my receipt inside so they could get our items processed. I just don’t understand how it happened but it did and it’s beyond frustrating. The staff stated apologies but I felt like they could’ve done something better to turn around the experience. Anyways we’re thinking about not coming back to this branch anymore. Maybe there was no manager around as no one approached us about me, standing in front of the counter for so long. And we thought this branch was good because of the ratings but our visit was extremely bad. Cannot recommend.

They were extraordinarily busy after a late dance. Cars were lined into the road. One thing I mentioned to the person taking the order didn’t get in the bag and they were too busy to add it on. (They had already called the police on someone fussing in the parking lot. I just said forget it!

Placed order online at 10:10 and arrived at 10:20 to pick it up. Order was not ready until 10;35. Only one other customer was there upon arrival and at least 7 or 8 employees behind the counter. My order was for ONE crunchwrap and it took 25 minutes from the time ordered until ready. To me that is ridiculous.

Food is always good …when I order here. Friendly staff and professional. I came during busy lunch hours …waited over 10 mintues for order of 3 soft tacos…it was fine ! need to sit and clear mind for a few anyway! Love the baja mountain dew blast drink. Didnt use restroom while I was here so I’m not positive on how bathrooms are kept up…should be ok ! It was cleaned wiped down before I sat down and rest of area was also including outside…Taco bell is another option for something you usually get but know what to expect…Its tacoooooooos!

everyone here is illiterate and it never gets better. No matter how many chances and how unbusy this place is they can’t get anything right. Just expensive and a waste of time. And still ain’t gone fix it right even if you work with them. I’ve lived in danville 5 years and this taco bell has just gotten worse and worse.

I guess it’s just a Danville thing that no matter where you get fast food, the service sucks, they’ll get your food mods wrong, and they’ll probably miss at least one item that you ordered. This taco bell is no exception. Although, I guess it’s better than the one on Piney Forest that just got torn down. Maybe when they rebuild that one, it’ll be better. Doubt it though.
