Everyone was nice, and the “food” was prepared quickly. These had to be the smallest, pathetic excuse for a taco…… We got 2 Luxe boxes, so we ended up with 4 of these insults to the taco. I started going to a local spot, and I regret it. They were out of lettuce, and I tried 4 sodas before I found one that wasn’t just water. The parking lot was also half-iced over. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country.

If you don’t want to prepare the food right you should consider another job. Ordered and paid for extra beef on a Mexican pizza & got less than normal. Ordered fresh nacho fries and got stale, cold nasty fries! Ordered 2 beef chalupas and we old and cold with a baby size amount of beef in them. Absolutely horrible.

Always love the food and the manager is such a life saver! Love love love him. He saved me from having such a terrible day and was able to get my food back to me after I didn’t get it the first time. Love him so much don’t ever get rid of him!

Waited in line my choice, did not want to get out and go in, so ordered sweet tea, waited 8-9 minutes paid for it and took a sip before I drove off and it was unsweet tea! So had to circle around park and ended up going inside and making myself my own cup of sweet tea!

Food is always good …when I order here. Friendly staff and professional. I came during busy lunch hours …waited over 10 mintues for order of 3 soft tacos…it was fine ! need to sit and clear mind for a few anyway! Love the baja mountain dew blast drink. Didnt use restroom while I was here so I’m not positive on how bathrooms are kept up…should be ok ! It was cleaned wiped down before I sat down and rest of area was also including outside…Taco bell is another option for something you usually get but know what to expect…Its tacoooooooos!

The staff at this location is not serious. They have no idea how to prepare the food. The crunch wrap I got was not made properly and falling apart. It was like they just put all the ingredients inside a tortilla and just folded it. I’ve had many crunch wraps over the years and this one was by far the worst. Stay away!

This Taco Bell is a bit of a letdown. The food is what you’d expect, but the service really brings the experience down. It was slow and could definitely use a lot of improvement. It’s a shame when the service overshadows the food.
