First visit in a substantial amount of time, and the first since the renovation. It is very clean now, and is very brightly colored. It’s quite eye catching. The food was great today but the service was average. All in all, a good visit.

I think they can do better at serving the front. It took 20 minutes to get 3 soft tacos and 2 chaulpas. And i seen no urgency in the guys making the food. And the whole time i was waiting the manger a female didn’t see her name tag but she was complaining about a door dasher that left a review that it took a long time to get his order. Complaining about a customer in front of other customers is unprofessional in all aspects. And then taking 20 minutes to make a simple order is a bit ridiculous. But i will say Perry the man that took my order was very sweet. Hope the service gets better but i won’t be back. Food was good but nobody wants to wait 20 minutes for food. And this happened at noon and i got my food at 12:20

Took 50 minutes for them to get our order and while waiting they send it out the window and gave it to someone else this is poor service and sad part is they weren’t busy just lazy after I got home tacos were cold and soggy and very unpleasant

If you’re ever in Danville do yourself a favor and drop by the Piney Forest Taco Bell! This location is really nice! Each time I visit, the employees go above and beyond.. one employee actually recognized me on my second trip, their kindness really made my day! The food is great.. their crunch wrap supremes are just awesome.. seriously, they must have a secret ingredient because they taste better here than at other Taco Bell’s! That said, there’s a little hiccup with the drive thru speaker.. which seems to take a break now and then. I had to go inside once because it wasn’t working, and the team was baffled too! Maybe a flock of migrating Baja Blast birds decided to take a vacation in there. Who can blame them? Still if they could fix that speaker, it’d be perfection! Expect delicious food and friendly faces, and let’s hope those birds find a new nesting spot!!!

Ok last two times, I purchased a box they put it in a bag . First time I was thinking maybe they gave out of boxes. When this happens the food opens and comes apart. Today I went by ordering I said make sure you put it in a box ok. Forgot to ask for sour cream,so at the window I ask can I purchase some sour cream they said no it can’t be ring up separate and shut the window on me. Not nice

This particular Taco Bell is the only one I go. Way back in the early nineties it used to be a rotisserie chicken place called Kenny Rogers named after the singer but neither here nor there the people that work there actually care and their food is really good in the restaurant is clean
