Worker was polite…but execution was a failure. Didn’t have online order ready that we placed 20-30 mins prior to arriving. Didn’t have it in system at all actually. Then they rang up and comped our order from the desk. Gave us some taco coupons. They read our order back to us, which was 2 burritos without cheese and some extras and 1 burrito with cheese and some extras.

Check all your ordered food. Even if you have a big order check all your order one by one. The People cant get an order right to save their lives. I have gone there multiple times and if I order anything over 3 tacos I can almost guarantee the order will be wrong. They roll their eyes at you when you go one by one to check if they have the right things in your bag but dont move from the drive thru window till you check each and every taco. If they dont want us to do that then maybe they will start getting orders right the first time. The pic is of my taco fries. They have not been touched yet. This is how I got them. CHECK YOUR FOOD. Also be prepared to wait. The drive thru will only do one order at a time. Meaning that they will take an order and not take another one till the first one got their food. Also while this is going on you can see a group of them chilling at the door talking and smoking, including the guy with the headset.

The servers were nice. Bathroom was really dirty but sign claimed every 30 minutes it was checked on. The counters were that the servers put your trays or bags on was dirty. Fountain area was super dirty and sticky.

I love taco bell, possibly my favorite fast food. This location is horrible. They have messed up my order countless times, not only that but they constantly are missing items and have a quarter of the menu available. They just suck. Its fast food tacos. It’s not rocket science.

Only giving 2 stars because the lady working was polite. The potatoes were very very old taste and texture. The crunch wrap had hardly any beef. Service and quality have depreciated at this location. You think service would be better since the wages have increased over the past couple years. We will not be back.

On keto, I ordered a chicken power bowl without rice or beans. I had asked for the dressing on the side, but it was on the bowl. Both the dressing and guacamole are keto friendly! Whew! It was very good.
