i ordered the steak garlic fries but requested no garlic sauce and extra pico they put garlic sauce and no pico at all. it’s stupid if i paid for extra i should get extra not none at all.

Ordered a bowl and added extra to many of the items that come with it and the bowl I received was pathetic. I understand they have certain amounts to give but I have never received a bowl so poorly made. Considering I even bought extra of some of the ingredients you’d expect more?? Super disappointed. This was my bowl freshly opened.

Drive through man took my order at the inside register. Waited 40 minutes for my order. Three door dash drivers came in. Two of their orders were wrong. The other DD man was there before me and had not got his order. Finally asked if my order was started yet. It was not. Dude that took my order took my receipt to the crew. 15 minutes later I got my order and it was completely messed up. The nice lady on the food line made it right. The dude that took my order and receipt said my order was made exactly to the receipt. I told him he didn’t listen very well. Crunch tacos were falling apart and the food wasn’t very good. Won’t be back.

They didn’t have half the stuff on the menu, they didn’t even have mild sauce. After being asked to drive around the building and back because we were running the drive thru time up we finally got to order, just to be told at the window they could t take a $100 bill. Thank god my friend had a different bill to loan me. When we get home we find half our food isn’t in the bag. Worst trip to Tack Bell EVER! And my hard shell tacos were soft shell cause they were so soggy and I live three mins from them.

We had about stopped eating here and decided to try it again and WOW what a turn around on the food quality and service! We have ate there 4 or 5 times in the past couple of weeks and it’s been great every time. Friendly service with a positive attitude! We look forward to eating at our local Taco Bell now. They weren’t very attentive and took way to much time to get someone to the register and it took wayyy to long to get our food order, it wasn’t that busy there and forgot our drink until I reminded them I ordered a large frozen baja and ended up with a small. It shouldn’t take almost an hour to get a simple order. This place always disappoints me. Every time I’ve went there they always get something wrong.

I spent $20 and ordered a chalupa meal with a starry and a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce. Once I got home I discovered I had been given a rotten pile of chips, a locos taco, and a flat thing. Also the soda machine must have been broken because my soda was terrible. So I went back to have them fix the order. I checked the bag this time and everything seemed fine. Until I got home. The cheese quesadilla was a chicken quesadilla, and no extra jalapeño sauce even though I paid $0.50 for it. The chalupas were loaded with slimy lettuce, barely any cheese, and they just left the tomato out all together. Look at the pics. Would you eat this?
