TODAY I PLACED 2 ORDERS ONLINE AND THEY BOTH HAD THE FREEZE AS THE DRINK.. WE GET THERE AND THE LADY TAKING ORDERS SAYS THEY DONT HAVE ANY FREEZES AND ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE A SOFT DRINK INSTEAD..WELL I MEAN WHAT ELSE CAN WE REPLACE AN ALMOST $5 FREEZE WITH BESIDES YOUR $1 HAPPY HOUR SODA. WHY NOT ASK IF WE WOULD LIKE SOMETHING OF EQUAL VALUE? UGHH!!

The place is a joke they are out of everything all the time they can never get the order right even when it’s an online order and it’s literally every time I get food there on top of that the guy taking the order has to keep asking you to repeat yourself because he’s distracted because you can clearly hear everyone in the background being loud and acting childish not taking they’re job seriously. The service is trash they can’t even keep anything like tomatoes or simple things like that whoever does they’re inventory obviously doesn’t do they’re job I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone you would be better off driving out of the way to another taco bell if you wanted taco bell bad enough that or choosing a different restaurant to go to.

I ordered from this place today two bean burritos and a drink I added sour cream and jalapenos to the burritos it was $12. The burritos are $1.7 each as I wrote down the road and open them the burritos were like water running out and the drink was carbonated water I contacted the restaurant and they said the beans were supposed to be like that there is absolutely no way that those beans are supposed to be like that. That’s the way they’re supposed to look when they’re coming back out not when they’re going in your mouth. I will not buy from this restaurant one more time ever I feel like this was handled terribly they said the mountain dew Baja had been out for 2 days but yet they didn’t offer me a refund they didn’t offer me to replace it or anything.

This place is a joke they don’t even put mild sauce out to grab for takeout and if you go through drive through they never give you the sauces you ask for they hoard them. It’s ridiculously priced already and no matter how many points you get you basically get something worth a dollar on the app . Tuesday drop is a joke they do it at 2 knowing most people are working then not good business for the average family… Every place besides here has way better deals and family friendly environments

Compliments to the chef. Just left there best late night taco bell in a hot minute. The chalupa was actually cooked on the grill and not just heated like it typically is. The cheese container was actually filled up. Be more like that guy tonight.
