Well pulled up to drive Thur and was ordering my food. And the girl that was taking my order either said wait for a min bc the guy behind me went Thur before us but circle back around anyways. Idk if she said for me to stay there for a min or pulled up well I stayed there for a min and she never said anything else back so I pulled up to the window and she opened it up told me my total and she grabbed my card out of my hand with a bad attitude like really girl. Anyway I still was nice cause I didn’t want to catch a charge over a girl that doesn’t like her job if you don’t like her job quit cause that rudest isn’t going to get u far the girl name on my ticket was Shiann C so idk if that was her or not but RUDE!!! Fix ur face cause that attitude stinks.

The remodeling and reboot was ok for about a month. Food is again cold or grease dripping from the wrapper. Ruining my upholstery in my vehicle. Left us with food poisoning. Im not sure if I can give them another opportunity to be disappointed. I realize that this is fast food, but there should be quality control.

I went to taco in Lebanon va yesterday and there was a problem with employees treating seemed like a new employee and they were super rude to her I could hear through drive thru until she cried and left. It was devastating to watch. So be careful becoming an employee and also I believe her name was Savannah was terribly rude to me

The worst taco bell location I’ve ever eaten at. Chalupa bread was stale, cheesy gordita crunch had less than a teaspoon of meat on it, potatoes were soggy and stale, nuggets were burnt. This wasn’t the first bad experience with the food here but it will be the last because I wont be ordering again. The service is fine but the food is literal garbage

It’s a Taco Bell, but they are the kindest, sweetest employees you’ve ever met. We had a problem with our order because something had been left out that we had ordered, and the sweet lady at the register.

I used my mobile app. They gave me someone else’s order and I didn’t notice until I got home 6 miles away. I’ll do it the old fashioned way and order at the window, check the order.

The new cantina chicken menu is wonderful. Highly recommend. Service was a bit slow, used the kiosk to order. They have us or food, but still had to ask for the drink cup.

The one is for the young gentleman that took my order. I got home with my $46.00 order and the food was slightly warm. The chalupas had maybe a tea spoon of meat on them. I only live a mile away so obviously the food wasn’t very warm when purchased. I am disappointed and probably won’t return. The food is usually better. They weren’t busy at all.
