This place is just too expensive if it weren’t for my kids I’d never go here. The chicken quesadillas are like $7 and normally have almost no chicken on it mostly cheese and sometimes the cheese isn’t even melted. More times than one my son wouldn’t even eat what he ordered due to the way it was fixed. Waste of money. The window workers are nice though

Edit: Aug4/23 I want to add you need to run to try this new taco! The dipping taco is sooooo good! It has shredded pot roast on it! Comes with two dipping sauces: cheese and taco sauce! It is my favorite ever. We grabbed them at the drive thru. It went great. Service was fast and friendly. They got my order right and included my requested sauces.
First time here today it was good and fresh and nice new restaurant in town here in Gate City. Def will be back again when I am in the mood for taco bell.

Stood there for 10 minutes before someone told me to place my order at the kiosk then another ten waiting for my order and to pay the only reason I gave 5 stars on service is for one person and sadly I’m unsure her name but she was the one supposed to be working the counter and was in the back doing dishes no one could tell her she was needed up front and no one else could even speak to me so it wasn’t her fault a 1 star service for everyone else some I saw wearing glove but what’s the point of you take your phone out of your pocket every 2 minutes one what looked like teenage employee going behind the counter grabbing cups and stuff out of uniform the whole place is just no order at all the only one I liked who wasn’t stuck up or to supposedly busy was the register girl which I sadly didn’t catch her name

They have been out of every soda for nearly two weeks. Especially the Baja blast regular and zero. I ordered a bean burrito and they rang it up as a beef supreme burrito. Didn’t know until I got home. A pretty lousy place as of late.

Unbelievable experience. I placed an order, and the general manager completely messed it up. When I called to politely let them know and ask for it to be fixed, she hung up on me. Then she called me back, only to hang up again. When I called back to say, “No ma’am, that’s not okay,” she told me she was going to call the cops on me for “harassment.” This is the general manager behaving this way — not just a random employee. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I paid for food I didn’t get, and instead of an apology, I got threats. I will never return to this location. Would give -10 if I could for the way the management acted.

Order was supposed to be ready when I got there for pickup, 15 minutes later I got my order, it was not busy at all, the next orders pickup person arrived before I left of course it wasn’t ready either they seemed to be having trouble even finding it, I won’t be back to this particular TB.
