I was so excited to get taco bell tonight because its always been a go too fast food option on my way to work. Unfortunately i opened my taco wrapper to see a half full taco. I typically see the cup half full but when it comes to my tacos its a whole other story. Very sad experience. Although the workers were still nice when we ordered and i had a pleasant experience. I just was so very sad because my taco was halfway made :(( very disappointed. I drove to work not only on an empty stomach but also depressed. Rip taco bell. What has this world come to where we dont fill tacos to the right proportions. Sincerely, a sad hungry frequent visiting customer

Food is always good, and served up quickly. The employees are always friendly! I highly recommend this place, but not the taco bell in Dublin. That place is a dump! Please read my review on it.

Haven’t been to this taco bell in a few years , just moved back to the area , and sadly what use to be my favorite fast food place around here has become the one I can’t stand to go to. The store is always messy, and employees are hateful, especially the store manager, so rude. Plus the prices are ridiculous now, I probably wouldn’t care if the food was at least good and fresh, bi it never is anymore.I miss how it use to be.

This is one of the TOP 2 Taco Bells we have ever been to, and that’s quite a list!! The Food was HOT-FRESH-FAST-PERFECT!! Just how we like it. This store is staffed by an awesome crew of people who are not only great at their jobs, but it seems to me like they have a really great time doing them as well. You can’t have a good location without good people, and they have certainly knocked it out of the park here!! My wife and I were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in!! Everyone looked happy and there was a overall general positive feeling about the place, kind of like the comfort of being among friends. I would strongly advise everyone who loves Taco Bell, and anyone who just might be hungry at the time, to give this store a shot.

They are quick here! In a good way that is. Only slow process is the folks that can’t make up their minds. The parking lot is always clean upon pulling up. The drive-thru is always tidy. Every employee I’ve ever picked up from has always been pleasant and polite. And 1 last thing that makes this location so much better… they give you extra sauce when you request some. Not just 1 pack.

Food is always thrown together sloppily, the bag is gross on the outside like they never change their gloves, lobby was nasty and not stocked, and to top it off the store manager was a rude, self centered,know it all. Honestly I’ve never met a man so into himself. The works all looked over worked and miserable, not their fault, clearly they don’t know how to make a schedule right either because it’s so hot or miss here if they’ll have people or not when I come thru, you can tell when they’re short people for sure. I wish this places was better so bad. Love taco bell, but this one has not been good since they replaced the old store manager honestly, he was so nice and would actually get on the line and help when they were short people to make up for the different, the new guy just seems to sit and watch. The worst kind of person to have a job as a GM in fast food. From my own work experience of 20+ years in food service,that never works and it just drags down the employees till they’re spent and find a new job, which explains why they never seem to have enough people working. Id say I hope it gets better, but I don’t think it will sadly.

Every person that works drive thru is rude, my food always looks like it’s thrown in the wrapper and smushed. Cant even get a simple “thank you have a good day”. Genuinely pathetic, get a new crew don’t pay them more.
